The amount of options for reports, the ability to create several PO's at once on the Inventory Quantity Report, automatic .PDF file conversion, and a multitude of other things.
Nothing, I haven't had any issues from MIE Trak.
MIE has helped me recreate our procurement and inventory processes because there are many accessories to assist me in both of these things. I've redesigned the procurement process around MIE and made 90% of it digital.
SQL Based, Dashboard creation, ability to rename fields. We have been able to create custom Microsoft PowerApps for interfacing special processes along with building some complexDevExpress Reports and Dashboards. DevExpress Reporting and Dashboards comes free with MieTrak.

Hire or dedicate someone for 6-12 months to help get things setup. Make sure you have a firm understanding on the variables and formulas you will use to quote along with having your burdened machined and employee rates in order.
We were able to greatly improve out customer and vendor On Time Delivery through building shared dashboards showing critical data and KPIs to everyone in the company. We have starting using monitors on the factory floor for each department to help with scheduling. We also have been able to maximize our margins thru custom built Microsoft PowerApps that interface with MieTrak.
Very flexible and intuitive. The support from MieTrak team has been great during the transition from an earlier version. Ronnelle Velasco in particular has gone above and beyond in helping us configure and troubleshoot our installation. His patience and expertise have been invaluable during this challenging period.

Faster navigation due to the intelligent configuration which allows easy intuitive jumps between modules.
We have used this software for over 15 years, moved from Mietrak 32 to the PRO about four years ago. When purchased, they set up the modules to what you are doing and how you need them. Their support is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
The issue was converting QuickBooks into MIeTrak, it was doable, but the risk of losing data/ and being fully integrated held us back. But we have always had it separate, and it hasn't been an issue.
The software allows us to run our business, sell, ship, and invoice without a hitch.
Jesse is by far the most experienced technical architect at Mie Track by far. He developed our accounting add-on for Mie Track. He is a very busy man; however, I know when there is an issue with our accounting system, he is the one to call, and he ALWAYS responds, and if needed, hops on TeamViewer to fix or modify anything we need. He is my go-to person at Mie Solutions.

One thing i dislike, is you have to hit edit every time you enter a new line item into a Sales Order. I would prefer it just stay open to edit until you saved the order
