Some products do not have stencils that we load into Visio for easy drawing charts for some of their products models and devices provided, and sometimes we have to create our own.

What I like the most about Visio is it supports you in making something that starts off as being extremely complicated and overwhelming into straight forward and easy to read. There is no other application that allows you to build a flow chart so effortlessly.

There are a few things I am still struggling with in Visio such as deleting, it is more complcated than it should be to delete.

It is solving the problem of taking a confusing or unknown proess and turing it into smaller readable steps. It gives a visual of a process.

Visio 2016 is one of the simplest to use Diagram and Charting software's in the market. It uses a wide variety of drawing and has many templates you can use. Other than that cause it is part of Microsoft library of software it can be combines with all office programs from Word to Project.

I use Visio a lot and find it very useful. I cannot think of anything I dislike about it.

With Visio I create all kind of Network and Flow diagrams not just for the IT department but also for other production environments.

Creating Process maps on web version of Visio is sluggish at times.

2. Easy to use and does not require a lot of training to become good at this software.

Microsoft Visio is a program that saves time by making it simple to construct shapes and connect them using connectors. We can rapidly adjust the diagram, look for specific shapes, and double-check the accessibility settings. We may add a note if necessary. In addition, we may access previously prepared schematics and add photos from our PCs or the internet. This application is useful for collecting notes, particularly for students learning to code who can quickly create flowcharts.

Cost of the subscription is high.

Formating and merging should be improved

The best thing about Microsoft Visio is its built-in templates, which act as a great helping hand while making any flowchart. Its ease of integration with other Microsoft Applications makes it even better as a tool.

Although Visio is a great tool and it serves the purpose, sometimes file sharing becomes a little difficult because of the size of the file considering fewer elements in the file. I think Microsoft can take it as a feedback.

Visio is a real lifesaver when it comes to saving time after creating a diagram or flowchart; there have been multiple diagrams and decision trees that I have made using this, ultimately helping me in saving time for explanation. The templates and accessibility help in creating diagrams quickly without any problem, thus making us consume less time.

The easy to use, templates, properly runs on Browser and variety of templates for various purposes this tool provides. Also the Export and Import features are truely awesome. Its beyond compared to any other similar tool.

Except it installs lot of components in PC, incompatibility with MAC and other OS, It's a great tool for creating blueprints.

Make it compatible, easy financial plans and free for students, home usersshould be awesome.

It's solving in creating diagrams, wotkflows, exporting stuffs in many formats, multiple versions.

These are enriched of features and tools used across many Microsoft tools.

The ability to make flowcharts intuitively, and good clip art base.

It maintains a similar interface in its latest versions.

It helps me quickly make flowcharts and organization charts and has a formal style.

I migrated to Lucid to better collaborate with consultants who may not have full network access to our enterprise. I also like this tool better for collaboration. I find that the AWS/AWS icons and templates look more professional. I am working on several logical diagrams that detail our current state business system architecture and how it will migrate to SAP and AWS.

I could use some feedback and advice on my current lucid charts and I could polish them up to look like formal SAP order to cash/procure to pay processes?

Do you have access to Lucid? Do you have any resources that may have some recommended templates?

I have attached a few but they are difficult to get one page ppt which will be helpful to share with leadership. Can I work with someone and share my templates and get some feedback and recommendations?

Visio does not allow collaboration like Lucid. I love the cloud ability to share and have multi people update in Lucid! I have several documents I would like to review with Lucid

NA- I answered these details above- I guess one challenge is Lucid is difficult to share if people do not have subscriptions. I also am challenged converting them to presentable ppt or PDF
