Microsoft Sway is an amazing tool for our team. We are able to collaborate and create training documents, news letters and more!
I haven't found any downsides for Microsoft sway for our team.
Microsoft sway is benefitting our team by helping to make moe visually appealing presentations and process and training documents. I have found it very easy to use.
I like the options provided in creating a newsletter & interactiveness.
Nothing I could I think off about Microsoft Sway.
I could write my stories easily & publish.
One of the best features of Microsoft Sway is its ability to create visually appealing and interactive presentations and reports effortlessly. The intuitive interface and pre-designed templates make it easy to create professional-looking content without advanced design skills. Additionally, the seamless integration with other Microsoft applications and the ability to collaborate and share content online are significant advantages for team projects and presentations.
Limited customization options for fine-tuning the design and layout.
Using Microsoft Sway has been a delightful experience, allowing me to easily create visually stunning presentations and reports. The wide range of multimedia options and the ability to embed interactive content make presentations engaging and impactful. The seamless integration with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to collaborate and share presentations online are additional benefits that enhance productivity and collaboration.
Being a part of MS Office 365 suite, I had been using powerpoint but Sway is a free tool being accessible to anyone with a Microsoft account. Users can access over the web or on a system. It's casual approach compared to formal business oriented MS Powerpoint.
It only works online, we cannot use Microsoft Sway without internet. There are limited number of templates.
It's drag and drop approach helps me create a quick slideshow within a few clicks saving me lot of time.
What I like the most about Microsoft Sway is the quality of the designs and the breadth of features. I mostly use Microsoft Sway for Presentations to clients, Documents, and some Reports. I also love how easy it is to customize all the designs and how easy it is to design, and change layout, themes, etc. It's also an advantage point that Sway is part of the Microsoft Package, making it easy to access and to share.
There is nothing I dislike about Microsoft Swat, it is my preferred Presentation Platform and it does exactly what I need from a design and presentation platform.
Since I'm in Sales, I do a lot of presentations to prospects/clients and also to management. Microsoft Sway is a great tool for me to design, customize and present either the products and services to the clients on almost all the Discovery Calls and other follow-up meetings. We also have to present weekly reports to management, and Sway is my preferred tool to use for this also because I love the Presentation Transitions compared to other presentation platforms/tools.
Microsoft Sway is a versatile, cloud-based presentation tool that allows users to create interactive and engaging content. It offers a range of design templates, multimedia options, and integration with other Microsoft apps such as OneDrive and Office 365. The tool is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface, making it accessible to a wide range of users. With Sway, presentations can be shared and viewed on a range of devices, making it ideal for remote teams and presentations on the go. Overall, Microsoft Sway is a useful tool for creating dynamic and engaging presentations that can be accessed from anywhere.
users need a reliable internet connection to access
Creating engaging presentations that can be accessed from anywhere, making it easier for me to share the ideas and reach my audience.
The pre-built templates. I'm not clever and use them frequently, and they always look great. We use them for presentations and quick info page.
Some tools to add new content are clunky, such as trying to add rich text. It is constrained in some use cases where it would be the best tool for the job.
We have 54 programs in our college and need to generate a way to present dynamic content quickly and it does the job well.
Sway is so interactive and represents one of the best agile tools since Powerpoint.
The only downside is that sometimes with pictures, it's hard to scale it down to your liking.
The main benefit I see is that it allows you to choose from slideshows you previously completed and enhances them.
It's easy to use compare to other presentation tools like Prezi and really handy at presentations
Even though it embeds dashboards in to sway reports, they were not as good as Tableau dashboards
Handy when we want to create simple presentation at short notices, like rough drafts, summaries.. Etc

Sway can create web articles easily since its module is divided with pre defined headers and text boxes. Microsoft Sway is majorly used to create presentations, stories and interactive reports.
Nothing to dislike about Microsoft Sway it is simple to use. But it would have been helpfull if it had more options like microsoft power point. Rest is its online and anyone can access it anytime via their webiste.
Microsoft Sway is used to quickly create News Articles and Website designs for your product. Since its online the account can be accessed anywhere at any given time. Sway is one of the quite good products from Micorsoft.
