The upside of using Microsoft SharePoint features advantages such as team collaboration and document sharing in a very simplified manner. It can also be integrated seamlessly with other Microsoft products and services. Microsoft SharePoint has a user-friendly UI and UX and robust security features to prevent data leakage.

There are currently not many drawbacks to using Microsoft SharePoint. One of the drawbacks could be the difficulty in integrating Microsoft SharePoint with other third-party products and services. Another drawback could be a slow response time occasionally.

Microsoft SharePoint benefits in document sharing and editing at a particular location in a simplified structure, enhancing team collaboration, improving overall productivity and keeping documents managed updated and well-organised. It also provides robust security features while document-sharing thus eliminating the risk of data leakage.

This is a great way to share files if you have other Microsoft products. It automatically creates a link if you make a MS Team and you can cnotrol what is shared easily. It is easy to use.

I do not think there is anything to dislike unless you are using some obsure third party applications that are hard to link to Sharepoint or have no interface.

We needed a secure and easy method of sharing files. This is very useful when using MS Teams since Sharepoint folders are automatically created. This keeps the correct info with the correct team. It also can be linked after the fact too.

Microsoft SharePoint provides an excellent platform for collaboration. We use it as our Intranet, but it's also the foundation of OneDrive and Teams. As a result, our entire company runs on SharePoint in one way or another. Every Team member uses it every day. We've integrated OneDrive, which runs on SharePoint, as our file storage for all of our user's information. This makes transitioning from one device to another seamless. SharePoint is easy to setup, and once you learn its quirks, administering it is not difficult.

SharePoint can be difficult to get the hang of from an administrative standpoint. Microsoft has come a long way in making the admin interface easier to use, but it remains somewhat unintuitive.

SharePoint provides us with a versatile website that we use for communicating perfomance, news, and information to our Team Members. In addition, because it is the foundation of Teams, we use it for collaboration purposes. SharePoint has enabled the success of many projects and initiatives because it gives us a hub wherein information can be stored and managed easily.

It's very easy to use and navigate. We can store and share our documents amongst teams effeciently. It provides a good navigation interface and organization using folders which helps in locating the documents effortlessly. The version control feature helps in recovering the document seamlessly in case of any conflicting edits. The most usefull feature is that it uses Microsoft office suite products, which most of people are accustomed to. The security of file sharing is helful to control the access to sensetive data.

Despite using Microsoft products as base, I find it it difficult to easily customize my documents. Sometimes the documents uploaded from 3rd party softwares are not properly integrated in terms of visual settings. Lot of training needs to be done to get comfortable editing.

I am extremely impressed by the ability to create data repositories integrated with websites using simple tools that do not require experience or extensive technical knowledge of website development. In addition, Sharepoint is an excellent tool for communication and publishing company publications on general company topics.

It is difficult for me to express my dissatisfaction. While using SharePoint I am not expiriencing any issues. The ability to edit files or a graphical editor for creating websites are a very practical tools that works very well.

Great place to share information and data related to the company and specific teams. Benefits the users and company by giving them a position to effectively communicate, which is a crucial factor in large companies where a lot of information is circulating.

We have several employees in our network that use the customers equipment (desktop, laptop) and sometime they are not able to open a file at the same time as someone who is working on the same file through a corporate laptop or desktop.

SharePoint has eliminated the need for us to host shared drives as well as using other external services such as Box.

Within our organization, it is really useful. We are using Microsoft SharePoint 2019 in our organization since last 7 years. It is very easy to customize pages. It is very easy to create library of your data and give permissions to organization users. Their support is also very good.

I haven't found anything so far to dislike it. But license is a bit expensive.

Overall experinse is good. Microsoft SharePoint is a good software for data sharing and information. Microsoft Sharepoint is on-premise in our organization. With the help of this we use Sharepoint as an intranet portal where all the information of the company is there.

I like that sharepoint is any easy way to share important information across the obard for our organization. We use sharepoint almost daily for employees to be able to easily access documents for everyday use. It has numerous great features including customization and easy access to different things. I like how it's integrated with the other things we use--teams, email and doesn't cause any issues.

We are currenlty having an outage where our images don't show, but it hasn't been that big of an issue and has only been going on for one day.

Being able to easily share and edit different documents while working remotely. This has helped to organize people who aren't sure how to find things as well.
