Kaizala is best communication solutions for organizations and for personal usages. It's easy to use and user friendly for employees.

There is nothing to dislike about Kaizala, it is working smoothly for my organization.

We are regular users of Kaizala, have been using it for instant messaging in my company. It can be purchase in a reasonable pricing from microsoft or vendors.

Installation and deployement is also easy to do.

It is secure and easy to use. I would say it is good for work management as it allows users and organizations to collaborate, increase productivity, and is more efficient

The interface and graphics are not so attractive and pleasing

Kaizala helped me to make instant calls and messages with my people and clients in other timezones efficiently.

Kaizala is very useful in business chats as well in all fields reason that kaizala never share your data with any 3rd party sites

I think Kaizala is the best and bestest app for calling from anywhere in the world. I live in UAE this is one of the best app that i used. Since i started till date it has amazing quality and clarity of audio and video. Me and my families every using this amazing product. We never faced any issue in this app.

I can't really think of any drawback of use. But i hate this app has the end date of August 31.

Other than i like very much this app

I have been using this app for three years, since its has the uninterrupted communication with my friend and family and the Co workers.

Most of my Clients and family are in india, since i started to using this app till date it gave me uninterrupted voice calling. It has the unique way of documents and photos sharing.

Mobile number integrated is a great add on, the video quality is perfect. The communication is awesome, and the buffer is also very little to non existant. Since this is reasonable it is very nice.

Not as efficient as teams, and thee are times when the buffer interrupts the ongoing chain of thoughts, Microsoft can do better in terms of overall efficiency of the app

helps communicate within the team as well as outside with the clients. seems very reasonable when comapred to other communication suites existing in the market.

It facilitates teamwork and project management. The polls, surveys and quizzes are quite helpful in keeping things organized for project coordination and management.

There are some limitations on customization choices, and there are some also limits on interacting with customers that don't use Microsoft products.

In comparison to other messaging applications, it is far more professional and effective for engaging with clients and consumers. Productivity is highly increased when team members can communicate, exchange files and work together with ease.

It's useful for chat and call with my foreign friends without any network issue.I have really enjoyed.
