Microsoft provide security from malware, anti phishing or spoofing email. They have their own dedicated security services that is Microsoft Defender.

I didn't think any limitation in Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Exchange is always best because always updated.

Being a Microsoft Exchange Administrator I am managing all M365 related task like message trace, released quarantine email, managed licence, managing distribution group, Shared mailbox, security group as well as user mailbox.

MS Exchange is very easy to use for an admin. We can manage user accounts/shared mailboxes/service accounts/Distribution lists all from one portal. We can check licenses, assign permissions with ease. Pretty straight forward and user friendly.
