Microkeeper has been such a great investment for our small business. As the administator, but also an employee that uses the program, my favourite feature is the new messaging part of the app. This allows us to send group messages to particular staff or all staff.

We've been using Microkeeper for 3 months now, and it has completely transformed the way we manage payroll and rosters. The automation features have cut down our payroll processing time by an impressive 70%, allowing us to focus more on other aspects of our business.

Efficient and effective while time saving

I personally love the rewards program for myself but from an admin point of view I love how it predicts staffs leave so I don't have to calculate it myself.

Microkeeper has been such a wonderful upgrade for our business. As a hospitality business that was running a bit old school, with a timeclock machine and rosters done by Excel spreadsheet, the simplicity of Microkeeper has been a welcomed change. Ren, Bradley and Dylan have all been incredibly helpful with the setup process and also with answering any questions we had along the way. The system has now been in place for around two months and I have nothing but great things to say. The weekly pay run takes me approximately 10 minutes now, as opposed to hours previously. The ease of knowing that all award rate rules are being followed with Microkeeper automatically calculating overtime and week rates is extremely helpful. Microkeeper's support and training, and the product itself are all brilliant. I am not tech-minded, and have never done payroll before. I needed to start doing STP for my own small business. My accountant had me sitting in his office for most of a day trying to hook me up to MYOB STP and we had only just begun: another day was going to be required. MYOBs on-line registrations were not going through but he had to ring in and wait on line for ages to learn that. Not impressed.

So on my own, I set up Microkeeper to do STP payruns and super and PAYW for myself. The quick setup guide has lots of built-in explanations to help you get it right, and works well. When I struck any problems, or wanted information, the tech support people were available within a short time by email or phone, and they even gave me a free 15min Google Meet to get me going. The support people know their product extremely well and give fast, practical and effective advice. And the product works so easily and well. I really recommend them, especially for someone who is really new to this stuff.
