The Taiwan team is really willing to provide the best solution for Schroders even though the requirements are quite difficult.

The time lag between video and voice when spontaneous translation is required.

Through this event, we got huge recognition internally and externally. We have been recommended Micepad service to all the requestors.

It was the first time to leverage the platform in the virtual event. There were many unknown difficulty. The benefits which Schroders has realized that Micepad Taiwan tried to the best to co-work with us and knew our pain-points.

Customer support and services are excellent. Additionally, to cater to the needs of our request, they have provided very professional advice that best suits the demographic of attendees. On the day of our webinar, Micepad even allocated dedicated headcounts to help assist us with an immediate response when we face any issues that we are not familiar with.

It is very customizable and requires a lot of prior planning before we can commence on the webinar. It is not a very simple plug and play kind of solution, however, the customer support has guided me throughout the processes.

We need to have a platform to showcase our products and at the same time, to gather product feedback from the ground. Upon using Micepad, we are able to do so but showcasing our products and at the same time, using the features in Micepad such as Polling and Feedback forms.

I think so the Micepad have not any function let me feel uncomfortable.

MICEPAD keep update and optimize their platform from registration, manipulation & platform execution. Hence, it improve a lot in both users/ delegates experience. So its absolutely a useful platform for online webinar, even plug in with ZOOM link/ other social media resources.

The major thing is that it doesn't display a 3D lobby for your Forum/Summit

Our summit got a sales agent to follow up our request and react very quickly on your request/ demand

We’ve used Micepad multiple times for our 500-2,000pax events. The user journey is very user friendly! Account set up and dashboard are great, easy to navigate around. I’m not a tech whiz but Micepad’s user experience is quick to pick up. As for our event participants, they loved most of the features and the convenience of it. We had very positive feedbacks and would like to continue using Micepad. Efficient and helpful support received as well.

Not much to dislike about but it requires email and password log in for attendees. Have seen positive changes with the app and admin panel over the years.
