We became more efficient in scheduling and planning our jobs with this platform

PROS: This app proves to be worthwhile especially when demands are high. It makes our workflow smooth-running. All users are able to enter jobs simultaneously. Calendars are also visible to everyone involved in the process. This helps in preventing miscommunication among us users.

CONS: Maps can be improved in order to enable calculations of route distances and the integration of Excel spreadsheets.

You may not need it, but your stressed mind does.

PROS: I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks. Painful, doesn't it sound so? The hassle is not far in the past, and time is no longer an issue. It is easy to do your job when you know where every of your files is.

CONS: So far, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. There is no problem I could think of.

MHelpDesk is a useful platform for job management

PROS: Job and time management is made easier with MHelpDesk. It allows for better tracking of jobs and more organized scheduling with its calendar feature.

CONS: The maps feature would be better suited for our job if we can measure route distances with it and upload excel spreadsheets. It would be nice if they can also make it more interactive in the future.

Scheduling and processing job is more efficient with mHelpDesk

PROS: This app has been useful for keeping the work hours of our employees in sync. Its maps and calendars features make setting appointments easier for us. MHelpDesk enables us to collaborate with each other better.

CONS: We would like mHelpDesk better if the integration of Excel spreadsheets will be made possible. Additional capabilities may also be added to its maps feature in order to allow for measuring distance between workplaces.

I feel so relieved!

PROS: Starting up a personal business brought more responsibilities than I expected-all of a sudden, I had to deal with tones of invoices, bills, job tickets, and scheduling, and I felt completely lost doing all of those by hand. MhelpDesk relieved me from stress and made my life so much easier! I'm no longer fighting against mountains of documents, and I'm never late finding the exact file I need at that moment. I am so, so thankful!

CONS: Without exaggerating, this program is awesome! There isn’t such thing I would criticize about it!
