mFax is an easy and secure to receive confidential fax.

Logging in every time you need to use it.

No need to be physically in the same room as a normal fax machine, the world has turned virtual!!

What do you like best about mFax?

Save paper! You can select what you want to print and delete all spam. Better yet, you can create a PDF of the document and avoid printing all together!

What do you dislike about mFax?

I wish that you would get a confirmation page showing a partial image of what was faxed.

We have cut down on the use of toner and paper.

Honestly, this product is so easy and convenient to use that I have no negative feedback.

We are a national nonprofit that helps front line community heroes with mental health. Because of our national reach we elected to use Mfax because of how amazing they are.

I love the affordable pricing and great user experience. Everything works as it should.

What do you dislike about mFax?

I haven't figured out how to access archives or deleted faxes. Please make it more accessible to add fax numbers to the address book from the history page. Also, I'm not sure that we should call it a history page since that is where you read new faxes.

What do you like best about mFax?

Efficient way to allow multiple people at fax at the same time right from there desktops tracking usage is simple and the solution is extremely cost effective.

What do you dislike about mFax?

nothing major so far works as it should had minimal downtime

Enables us to have 40+ users fax multipage documents at the same time, its faster than using the copier or a fax machine and notifications reach the users via email without having to wait.

Enterprise management; amazing reporting tool; very flexible to multi user environment ; the best support so fast an efficient I never need anything more than starting a live chat online.

I wish fax bridge could accept more than one number assigned per device
