The user can also keep track of progress and working of other employees.

I have been using metric.ai for quite a long time now and it is a software that I overall love working with. It doesn't work that well for large sized businesses or maybe it is designed in that way. It takes a lot of time to learn its working so there needs to be a tutorial or basic training on how to use it. There are not much problems and these are just minor issues that could be better.
