I love that you can go into an order and see so many details: everything from how the person originated in finding your site, all the way through checkout, you can really see the process people go through when it comes to making an e-commerce sale.
It would be neat if it had more analytics-like features: such as traffic info such as referral and social traffic, that sort of thing. But its focus is ecommerce in tandem with WooCommerce so...that's not really its scope.
There is so much more detailed information that you can find to help you understand where your customers are coming from - it's so much more detailed and helpful than Google Analytics in that regard. Furthermore, you can group and segment customers out by date, what they purchased, location, origination (ie if they found you via Google Search or if they were a direct site visit), and more.
That I have a lot of clarity if I won or lost money on the day. Integrate all the costs of the payment gateway, shipping cost, cogs, fullfilment, among others, into the dashboard. This allows you to know your profitability of the day, to know where you are losing money or winning. I have tried other platforms in Shopify and they do not allow you to configure the shipping costs in depth and that biases the results.
Everything I like about Metork is my preferred platform. Perhaps they have the possibility of not charging you anything for having websites with zero transactions, it sounds strange but I migrated from woocommerce to Shopify and I could not successfully migrate my orders, so if I want to check the history I have to pay.
The main thing is that I can see the daily ROI and that helps me make decisions. Quickly know the amount of inventory available and the speed with which they are moving, plus I can do much more in-depth analysis because the information is given to me much more clearly.
The UI UX of Merotik I like the best. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. It shows me detailed information like how much I have sold etc.
There is nothing I dislike about this software. But it would be great if I could use plugins like payment gateway plugins and license manager plugins directly from their software. I have to go to my WordPress admin panel each time I add new license codes to sell on my store.
If you have a WooCommerce store and want something cool and something easy to manage your store, then I must say Metorik is what you need. Just give it a try, and I'm sure you are going to love it.
I'm using Metorik to manage new orders which I get in my WooCommerce store. I use it to change the status of my orders and deliver those products. And it has helped to increase the performance of my store. It works smoothly, while it takes me lots of time if I have to go to my WordPress admin panel.
Super easy to run reports for woocommerce and shopofy stores. Really clean interface, the ability to segment by virtually any criteria you can imagine and save and share those segments with the team. Each account gets unlimited users, and it's intuitive to use for new team members.
If you're looking for a way to get more insight into your ecommerce store sales this will work out great for you. It also lets you added unlimited woocommerce and shopify stores, and there's a dashboard that shows a combined total for your ecommerce empire. Really useful.
Can't say there's anything I dislike about Metorik.
This lets us have great insight into our data and generate recurring reports that are sent to different team members. You can also export any segment you choose.
1. The ability to see what final sales look like (after commissions, delivery costs, product costs, etc)
2. Inventory management (both for product units and/or total amount $)
3. It gives me a total and complete overview of my expenses
I honestly can“t say... I haven't had any issues or complaints.
Mmmm I guess it would be nice if we could create different audiences within Metorik that we can later send to Facebook to run some campaigns.
