They act as an independent layer in the marketing technology stack for collecting real first-party data. Additionally, I really like their Sync Injector feature that allows us to prepare data collection prior to consent and act on it once the visitor is ready, not any sooner. Sitting on our own domain, the data is truly first-party and does not suffer from ad blockers or browser built-in blockers. Although this is not a tool you will use everyday, it is easy to implement and integrate into your existing stack. Being a small company, their customer support replies are swift and helpful.

The pricing can be a bit steep if you only compare what you get in terms of functionality. However, high data quality is priceless.

Activating data is a difficult game to play properly, so when CDPs also delve into the world of collecting data, identity stitching, integrations, or just data governance in general they do a mediocre job. Metarouter solves this for us. It allows us to focus on doing it right, especially in this composable age. Find the tools for each part of the process that do things the best, Metarouter is that for data collection, identity resolution, integrations, consent management and quality control to boot.

As we are a customer data platform (CDP), Metarouter is a excellent partner and helps companies source data and activate through us seamlessly. It's the ideal complement for large enterprise companies that are trying to consolidate tags and focus on as much data activation as possible.

Wish it was a native part of all CDPs but its good that it's a solution you can partner with instead

Its a complex solution made it easy, allows you to create better customer profiles, completely tech-agbostic, lets you target post 3rd party cookie and use IDs unlike any other solution. And the team is great to work with!

Nothing so far, its been a great experience

Switching to MetaRouter’s server-side tagging has transformed our sites performance. Previously, third-party scripts caused a ton of delays and slowed down page loads, but passing these tasks to the server has massively improved the speed and responsiveness. This ensures cleaner, more reliable data collection and meeting privacy compliance standards, which is critical.

MetaRouter helps us track our visitors and users and their behavior. Instead of using multiple third-party tags we can just implement one server-side solution. Their team is helpful and responsive and super friendly.

We're losing a lot of behavioral tracking from third-party systems because of adblockers and privacy settings. MetaRouter gives us better signals into how our content and messaging are performing so we can analyze ROI.

In todays martech landscape where all publishers use different ID's which not always are easy to extract, Metarouter in form of sync injector makes this process seemless and efortless alowing us to create matix of id to match with our internal ID to manage in capaigns and whole sales funnel.

Honetly as fresh user i haven't found anything troublesome at the moment.

We Transferd our clinets tags to owned GCP instance with reduction of tags fired to minimum and replaced those with API calls, that resulted in 1s reduction of full site load. . Then we started to buid matrixes for ID matching, to finally push our own segments, where we found that match rate compared to Customer Match or manual data onbarding, jumped form 70% to 90%.

Very little. At times there are inconveniences due to what may or may not be supported but this is often due to Metarouter pushing in a positive direction that we may not be completely ready for yet.

With many product experiences, governance over the data pipelines and data destinations can become very difficult. Metarouter helps with this by creating a centralized location for management and an easy to implement technology to create consitency across products. Metarouter has also helped us improve user identity resolution, maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, and improve the quality of the data being delivered to key tools down stream.
