I love how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with WhatsApp. It also has a feature that allows us to set up automated responses so that parents and club members can get answer anytime of the day.
We have been using this software for over 3 months and there is nothing that I can think of that we do not like about it.

Since the product was growing from the beginning on the first steps where a little bit hard but all these small issues are working now perfectly so there is nothing negative to say.
Sometimes there are really small issues with their service but they are fixed within max 1 hour. The benefits are endless, faster user support, more modern user support, happy costumers etc..
It took away the compulsion for our customers to open our website to contact our customer service team, now they can contact us from any communication app they like.
They can get better with ticket raising system apart from this nothing else to dislike.

I use this to communicate with my clients and friends. It's not complicated like other messengers. It's user-friendly.
I like its interface better than any other chatting platform. but initially, we could use whats app for personal connections but now that we can use if professionally for the business purpose or with clients. it excites me furthermore.
Couldn't add dislikes. as I started using it for the last 2-3 days. I didn't dislike anything as of now.
There's no problem as such which was not being able to solve before I started using this. because there are tons of chatting applications for business purposes such as Hangouts, Microsoft Lync, etc. but now that we have switched from that to Whats App just to check it's versatility for business purposes. if we find any dislikes then we might switch back to hangouts. but apart from that, it's fun to communicate with colleagues with this app.

-Automation: Predefined messages for people, it lacks detection on what they do say for a more "natural" conversation, but with an assigned agent that can use the predefined answers, it's great.
-Easy Use: It's just so easy to use that anyone in the team can help with ideas
Lack of an "Integrated API" to implement with the Team's tools; for example, we wanted to connect the predefined message with our database of the test users so we could have some additional info readily available for the agents, but it wasn't possible, as the API only allows the basic functionality (Messaging), and as a ready use tool, creating a new platform with their API was pointless
Connecting the test users( of our unreleased APP) with our service team was way easier than creating an automation system from scratch, it helped us in this part of the process, especially the ticked ID part, which we could link to an user and just keep saving all the feedback from the,
