I like how you can organize contacts into groups instead of clicking every contact individually. It helps us reach the target audience. Using our office number for the app helps clients verify the legitimacy of the message as opposed to a spam text.
Updating and handling "duplicates" is tedious until you get used to it. The contact list isn't organized by alphabet or group, so you have to search by name. It isn't a big deal, just takes more time.
Client participation and regular client contact. We have had more attendance in our programs. Being able to send scheduled appointment reminders improves attendance.
The ability to quickly import lists and simple steps needed to setup and launch campaigns
Everything has been great so far! I would say more product releases or updates on changes would be great

The interface is seamless and easy to use. Setting up broadcasts is intuitive and can be tailored to meet many different needs. The contact cards have space for lots of information and are easy to update as necessary/.
More features to see how often customers interact with us would be great - but I expect with all the other improvements I've seen in my time using the app they will be coming soon.
Communicating available product to customers and taking their orders. It also helps with communication about delivery issues or any questions about the product when it arrives.

Just a bit more organization on the contact card - like having custom fields at the top or one or two custom fields in the central name/phone/email part.
We use MessageDesk to solicit orders from our B2B Chef/restaurant partners. WE can schedule broadcasts with offerings and then customers can reply with their orders
I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts. The shared inbox my team uses keeps messaging organized and our customers happy we don't miss any messages. Adding contacts with either tons of info or very little is great. All around very please with this product and the support offered.
There really are not many downsides to MesageDesk. My one ask would be adding the ability to schedule a broadcast using the same time as a previously scheduled one - similar to scheduling multiple emails in Google using the same send time. But's that it!
MessageDesk is solving many of the past issues we had with our broadcast scheduling, incoming messages and search for specific contacts. This is a massive time and frustration saver and raises message visibility to multiple team members who can then respond to our customers in a timely and informed manner. It's been great.
Being able to get invoices sent over to customers via text message to increase on time payments.
Some more automation would be nice. I want to be able to control the new invoice send times.

So far I like everything about MessageDesk.
Retention of clients on their first visit to my business. I send them reminders about the appointments. My clients are reminded of their first appointment with us and they don't forget them or
they reschedule if the need arises, but communication remains. I don't loose touch with my new or potential clients.
I like the fact that you can host your phone number with them to manage text messages and their automated keyword based autoresponder.
Hosting multiple phone numbers within the same plan would be usedful.
They provide the tool we need to communicate with potential clients via SMS. We can direct message the client and setup campaigns to message specific groups.
Broadcast to large groups of SMS subscribers at a time, templates to save time.
QBO integration could be better. The invoice sync doesnt always work.
Being able to connect with my customers with a much higher open rate than email.
