The Complete Corporate Spend Solution
Mesh Payments receives mixed reviews. Users praise its ease of use, intuitive interface, and convenient integration with Israeli banking systems. They particularly appreciate the ability to create virtual cards for specific purposes, manage expenses effortlessly, and track spending in real time. However, several users report issues with customer support responsiveness, slow deposit processing, and unreliable payment processing, especially with international vendors. While Mesh Payments offers potential for streamlining expense management, its shortcomings regarding reliability and customer service raise concerns.

Great platform
Easy to manage
Solves a lot of problems for us regarding payments
Nothing.
We are very satisfied, it has only advantages for us
The system solves for us the issue of credit ceilings in Israeli banks
Allows us to easily give credit to employees who fly all over the world
Quick and easy tracking of all expenses
Organization of all our payments by having different cards for specific uses.
The platform can sometimes be slow and always logs me out.
Allowing anyone in the business to make payments easily without having to share the main credit card of the business.
The app is very easy to use. Loved by both the employees and the finance team. Fast, easy, works well and very well thought of. The team is also very engaging, listens to what you have to say and actually creates changes when needed.
The implementation was super fast and easy.
Because the credit cards are US Visas, some local vendors in all sorts of countries will not accept payment with these cards. Integration to employees apps (Hi Bob for example) should be better but they're working on it. Integration to Netsuite works very well.
First of all - security and control. No more single corporate cards that are moved around in teams, and then chasing people to understand what are the charges on the cards. We know who made what. Everything is pre approved. It's organized, and made the reconciliation process a breeze. Super easy, pre-defined expenses and departments.
I recently started using Mesh payments at work, and it's been a revelation. The concept of providing each employee with their "own" credit card is brilliant, offering unmatched convenience and control over work-related expenses.
In my initial use, I found Mesh to be exceptionally user-friendly. Its straightforward interface allowed for quick and hassle-free transactions. This efficiency is a significant plus for anyone with a busy work schedule.
As a first-time user, I'm impressed with Mesh and its approach to managing workplace finances.
While my experience with Mesh has been overwhelmingly positive, I've noticed a minor external inconvenience. The app works best when using a dedicated Mesh email address for billing purposes on the payer's side. However, updating billing email addresses on other platforms or with external vendors to this dedicated Mesh email can sometimes be difficult and annoying.
It shifts the responsibility of managing payments from the central finance team to individual employees, promoting autonomy and efficiency in expense management.
Instead of having to deal with physical credit cards and play broken telephone with various people to get approval, Mesh streamlines this process and ensure I have a card I can use in a few moments, as well as an organized way for me to upload store the receipts. Also when I needed technical support, they were fast to respond and very helpful
Not many downsides. In some cases the interface isn't 100% intuitive, but this is if I have to really nitpick
It ensures that we don't need to pass around credit card details to every person and risk where the information is going. Each person is assigned a card and has accountability for what they do, as well as an easy and instant way to collect the receipts to track this spend. It just took out the whole headache of purchasing subscriptions for software or other online purchases within the company
Very easy to use both for finance department and for the end users.
Finance- implementation and on going card opening and cync.

Saves time

Save mony (we pay at the end of the month and recive cash back)
Way simpler way to pay for work expenses while travelling - no more using your own credit cards and keeping track of receipts to get reimbursed later.
Only negative was the initial setup and not having the card work right away but that was only because of internal company issues with the office manager not setting the right activation date.
Using personal credit cards for travel expenses, keeping track of receipts and having the mess of sorting out expenses after a work trip is over.
Opening a new dedicated credit card is incredibly straightforward. The process is user-friendly, with a simple and aesthetically pleasing interface.
The ability to change the email for each invoice is the only minor aspect I've noticed; aside from that, there's nothing I dislike—overall, it's a truly outstanding product.
