Mergado gives you many possibilities to manage your xml files - you can customize them and use for search software based on product feed, price comparison websites or for advertising.

You have to give yourself time to get to know the interface and to learn how Mergado works. Overall Mergado is great and I didn't have any bad experiences.

At first look, Mergado is too complex and difficult to understand. But after the first training it is quite easy. They should work on a more detailed knowledgebase.

Connect data feeds (XML) from WooCommerce to Google Merchant Center, Heureka, Zboží.cz. Their Mergado Pack plugin saved me a lot of work and it is free.

Mergado is an useful tool which saves a lot of time for me. And they have amazing technical support, they have helped me several times. As a benefit I see, that they can help me in Czech language.

It seems to me to be difficult to learn how to use Mergado at the very beginning. Fortunately, they offer free Mergado basic training that helped me a lot. I would welcome more online (video) instructions.

With tons of how-to's on Mergado website and their regular online workshops, you gonna learn the ecosystem pretty quickly and even if you struggle, there's very good online support. I especially like the apps in the Mergado Store, which extend your possibilities to PPC advertising, image marketing, smart monitoring and many more.

There's nothing particular that bothers me. Maybe when you are just starting with Mergado it may be tricky to understand some principles of the ecosystem but as I mentioned before, the help center, workshops and online support are very helpful.

Most of the time I am dealing with the optimization of feeds for different advertising systems and fixing the issues in them. Using the app Feed Image Editor from Mergado Store I am also optimizing product images and generating creatives for Facebook and Instagram.

Possibilities to adjust and tune feeds for price comparison sites and PPC product ads. Then easy functionality to convert feed to different specifications. Ability to connect feeds/CSVs from different sources (eg. with scraped data).

As with every complex software, there is a longer learning curve, so it takes some time to learn how to do something more specific at the beginning. But since you are a power user, you have a powerful tool.

Mergado is extremely helpful with any XML feed. You can change your import or export feeds in any way possible. Import one XML feed and export any exports as you want in any format as you need. Editing export is really simple, there is almost no need to have a coder next to you. Make your custom rules, add custom tags and so on. We use it for many clients and our feeds have really improved.

Some of the applications within Mergado App can be kind of expensive. Otherwise must-have app!

We have managed to edit our client's feed for Google and Price comparisons without the help of the coders, anyone can make a rule that can remove the products, or improve them (add brand, delivery, etc.)

We do not have to wait for developers to make the changes in our feeds, possibility to make advanced segmentations in product feeds for different marketing channels.

Complex tool, where you need to spend more time to understand it and start working with it. It takes more time than we expected, but it was worth it in the end.

It helps us with our feeds, we can easily update them without any specific knowledge of programming or creating XML feeds. It made our work easier and faster whilst connecting to the product comparison sites.

You have one administration for all comparisons sides or market places. They have lots of articles on how to do something in app. Also, they have helpful online training. You can hide products, work with elements, item ID...

As any online tool, sometimes they have outages. But usually is quickly fixed.

I need to manage my data for competitions sides or PPC and I don't have the resources to do it on side of the e-shop. With the IT guy, it's more expensive and it's taking more time. Also, I can manage everything from one administration.
