"An intelligent and well thought out CRM for Recruiters"
What do you like best about Mercury xRM?

Mercury's greatest strength is its intuitive set up, based on Dynamics, it feels logical to users and reduces some of the pressures on teaching people how to use the system.

The system has amazing reporting functionality making it great for managers. The intergration with PowerBI allows for rich analysis.

The system also has great searching capabilities.

The platform also has several useful external integrations.

What do you dislike about Mercury xRM?

Mercury is very different (better) from other CRMs, implementation went well but we have had some resistance to users more used to other systems.

Overall our experience has been very positive.

What problems is Mercury xRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mercury solves our need for a CRM that works on an international basis across 9 offices

Mercury helps us achieve better workflows and consistency of process

Mercury is very good for managing data protection

Mercury is very searchable and generally improves our speed to hire

What do you like best about Mercury xRM?

Mercury is a very powerful platform which can be tweaked and modified to suit your individual businesses needs. Some of my favorite features:

- Setting up pinned / saved searches which automatically update (for example you could set a list of clients that have not been spoken to in 60 days and it will keep it fresh)

- Direct integration to Office 365 so the emails come from your inbox and everything is tracked automatically through Dynamics

- Personal / Team dashboards for you to focus, get an overview of your pipeline and stats

What do you dislike about Mercury xRM?

I don't think that Mercury is as easy to use as other platforms which we tested, even though it has the most features, most people either don't know about them or how to use it properly - I would love to see in future revisions for it to focus on simplicity and a more visually appealing user interface. Not being able to drag and drop CVs / resumes, boolean search everywhere, or update records directly from Outlook are also big missing features.

Recommendations to others considering Mercury xRM:

Definitely consider Mercury when trialing CRMs and confident that it will only keep getting better. Probably most recommended to companies who have a dedicated internal system support or training function.

What problems is Mercury xRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a well supported CRM with integrations like Mercury is essential in agency recruitment. The ability to manage clients and candidates at the volume needed is important. If you spend the time to set up the system, dashboards and searches correctly, I believe Mercury is one of the best - especially since it's based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is constantly being improved. It's also great for managing contractors timesheets and linking to things like DocuSign.

What do you like best about Mercury xRM?

We've been using Mercury to log candidate profiles for our searches. The interface of Mercury is customizable and helps us decide the field appearing at the selection of options. Candidate tracking is one of the features that makes it easy to use with a wide range of parameters that we can add to a candidate profile. It's smooth integration with resume parsing software makes it easy to auto-fill all other fields without extra efforts.

What do you dislike about Mercury xRM?

Lack of completeness when it comes to post-interview stages, background screening, reference checks, interview tracking are some of the options missing from Mercury. Interview scheduling is more difficult to do than other databases.

Recommendations to others considering Mercury xRM:

When you buy Mercury, make sure you go for a complete suite instead of cherry-picking the best ones. It's less of a headache when you have all your features integrated and interconnected rather than disconnected.

What problems is Mercury xRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, we've been able to successfully keep all the information about our candidates updated and complete. It solves the problem of manual addition of fields as well as the risk of losing certain information because automation on this software ensures the risk is eliminated.
