Once you get used to it, you can easily and quickly enter working time and expenses and download/view old wage slips. It also has provision for a large range of activities, though we only use a small percentage of these. The helpline is answered promptly and email are answered fairly quickly, with issues resolved efficiently. An addition of an email address allows approved expenses summary to be sent to each employee.
No As it has large functionality, you do need to be taught how to find certain options yet this is nullified somewhat by the recent upgrade, which gives a set of guides on the home page which cover all regular tasks. For me the expenses email has not been received, despite contanting support, yet I know what I'm receiving by checking the workflow is completed, which is easy enough.
I don't know the cost but I'd probably consider something with less options as we only use a very small amount of Mercurys functionality and I feel it might be a bit of a waste.
All employees can access this software remotely, when it is most convenient.
