I like the user interface (eg, the ease of navigation and the customization settings).

I can't think of anything negative--It's great!

I needed to find someone within my company who has the desire and bandwidth to be able to mentor me and allow me to learn about leadership skills.

Easy to use platform, good use of mail notifications

Can't access the software once the membership has expired, in order to have a record of meetings and goals etc.

I have not had issues

It is easy to stay in touch with your mentor, as well as giving tips and advice for a successful montor/mentee relationship.

I don't really have a negative at this time. Everything seems pretty easy to use, the program is user friendly. Overall, I enjoy it.

It's like Elfster for Mentors! It helped to pair me with a mentor that suits my needs and we get along great.

I wish it would be able to grab both people's outlook calendars to aid with meeting scheduling

Well thought out framework with a very user friendly interface that enables you to concentrate upon the mentoring conversations rather than endless scrolling and clicking.

No downsides for me, it's been refreshingly easy to use.

Provides a really solid framework for the mentoring program for both the mentor and the mentee. Clear definition of goals and expectations from both parties and useful feedback loops.

The Mentorloop softwear is well desgined, it is colorful and effective in its presentation. I was able to teach myself how to use it easily. It is also good private mode of communicaiton between mentor and mentee. There are lots of postive features about this program. I check in with Mentorloop weekly.

There wasnt really anything I strongly disliked , however my mentee didnt find it as easy to use. Maybe having some videos on how to use it for them to download or step by step instructions.

It is a central progam for my organisation and my mentee and myself to all use. It is easy and effectice to use.

Meeting with people within the organisation to be your mentee/mentor. To connect and share your knowledge / experience that helps you both grow.

Notification system is not so sophisticated.

It helps me connect with people with the same goal or objectives. Also helps me to connect to people that seeks help with some of the things I can offer advise or knowledge with.

There's nothing I dislike about Mentorloop

Large organizations can be difficult to navigate, but having a mentor or mentee is a big advantage. As a mentor, I love connecting with my mentee to support their growth, but also getting so much in return!

Multiple emails regarding reviews and signing in

Linking in with consultants from many different locations

provides useful tips - monitor progress, sets expectations of both parties

Does not provide access to paid 1hr zoom sessions

Providing a framework and tracking
