The website is easy to navigate and communicate on. I really appreciated the resources given to us so that we could be on the same page about how to approach this relationship as well.

As a user there is nothing that I dislike

It gives a platform to communicate, share resources, track meetings and goals.

Mentoring Complete has been a great resource so far. I like how it lays everything out for me, and clearly lists what is coming up next on the agenda. It helps me keep my bearings with how I am progressing through the program.

I wish that there were more reminders that I could activate for myself. I am not sure if I haven't looked in the right places, but I sometimes need reminders to fill out the forms.

They are helping keep me on track to make measurable progress during my mentoring sessions. Listing out my objectives helped me understand exactly what I was looking to get out of my mentoring sessions, and how I can achieve those objectives.

I love the chance of getting to learn new things from women leaders. I appreciate learning from strong women and looking forward to furthering my career with freedom.

I think this is a great program. I think it will go very well for all the women.

Mentoring Complete guides me in effectively leading others and learning along the way. The program is easy to follow, with a section that provides guides.

I am currently a part of a mentoring program at work as the mentor. We are currently working on a Being A Change Agent. The program provides details such as an introduction, mission and benefits, focus areas and guidelines.

I can see my progress in the program and read up on helpful tips. After each section, there are thoughtful questions that allow me to reflect. Mentoring Complete has assisted me in being a better student and teacher. I love using the program.

What do I dislike about Mentoring Complete? Nothing. I believe it's a great program and resource to use. I haven't found anything wrong with the program and can't think of ways to improve it.

I currently use the program to mentor and help employees with their career development. The primary focus is on diversity and inclusion. The company I work for wants to make sure everyone has the chance to succeed and grow within their space. The program is great so far, and my mentee says the program is helping her to get better.

Easy to Use--so needed in a world of way too many projects at one time.

Nothing to hate so far. Difficulty in password setup due to having multiple "temp passwords" but easily rectified.
