MentorCity is a wonderful platform that we use for all of our chapters at our non-profit association. Very user friendly for the hundreds of users we have on it, and the customer service is impeccable.

Wish it had a private chat room to invite mentees to meet at a specific time (not Skype). It would be great to be able to "chat" in a space and set up that type of mentoring meeting without being in a public chat room.

The ability of back and forth between our mentors and mentees within the units really provided a good structure on which to build a relationship.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and the mentors themselves possess knowledge and experience. All my experience with MentorCity has been absolutely fantastic.

The software search filters as they are not as advanced as I prefer. This limitation hampers the effectiveness of the mentoring program.

MentorCity has enabled me to connect with mentors who have provided guidance and support. Through their expertise I have been able to overcome problems gain perspectives and make informed decisions.

This software is so user-friendly, smooth, comprehensive and helps in managing mentorship programs so effortlessly. The software is not also so efficient and effective but also it has great customer service.

At this point in time, I am so sure there is nothing we didn't like about this software. There is no doubt it is great high-quality software. We're totally satisfied with this product.

The system is easy to use and customer service is amazing, Can customize the software according to our needs, and easy to adapt, overall the platform is user friendly

what i like is that I can engage, motivate, and connect employees, members, students, and alumni at all levels in order to share knowledge, skills, and constructive learning.

not much but if it was always free it would be great, rather than that the free trial does the job for a while and the pricing aren't that high

MentorCity is a great way to organize multiple mentor/mentee relationships, keep track of relationship status and progress and post important information for participants to view.

I have not discovered anything I dislike about MentorCity yet. It's a massive improvement from manually administering mentor programs. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to integrate appointments scheduled in MentorCity with the individual's Zoom, Teams, Google account in order to include a meeting link.

MentorCity offers one location for mentors/mentees to access important information, keep confidential notes, refresh their memory regarding previous topics of discussion and collaborate.

The platform is really easy to navigate and allows people to help administrate and facilitate effective and valuable matches for true mentor connection. The support from a customer service standpoint was great as well. Got all my questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Overall really functional with a great team behind it.

I really can't think of anything, it's been a great experience

Pairing people who meet each other mentoring needs can be very time-consuming. with Mentor City and being able to automate that, it cut back on the time it was taking us to go through that process and allowed for the mentoring to start much sooner which was a great value to everyone.

The first time I know about mentorcity is when I was applying for an Express entry immigration profile to CANADA, However, when searching a lot about how to work as an engineer there, some of the official websites said that I need prior experience in CANADA which is impossible for me since I never went there. But, this official website sends me pdf tips and guidelines about how to make an experience without being in Canada, then I find out mentor city among several ways to do so. the thing I Like the best is the discussion groups where you can speak and engage with many people, most of them are successful immigrants.

I really dislike that some of the mentors are not replying to your messages and ignoring them. For example, I sent two massages for two successful mentors and they have neglected my massage. And one of them was an immigrant from my country which will really help me a lot. But it was disappointed to neglect my massage.

If you are looking to know more about other cultures, and you want to meet new communities, then Mentorcity is your choice.

Yea if I succeed to collect as many hours as possible in one year, I will solve the experience issue to work as an engineer in CANADA. Since haveing an experience about the culture and people is manadotery.
