The platform can be fairly hard to navigate, however after a recent redesign this has been addressed.

What do you like best about Mention Me?

The versatility and the fact that you can test and make tweaks to your campaigns to make sure you are leading with the most optimised version to gain your customer's interest. John makes a huge effort to keep things fresh and moving forward.

What do you dislike about Mention Me?

We are finding the share rate hard to build on and improve but that is a work in progress between our team and the team at mention me so we feel it is in hand.

What problems is Mention Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mention me is helping us to onboard new customers through our current loyal customer base. We find it a good way to help spread brand awareness and grow our sign ups.

No downsides come to mind. We have had a very positive experience with Mention Me so far.

Based on my experience so far, there are not any areas of the solution that I do not like.

The Customer success managers provide full support with your mention-me activities, and are very proactive. The platform has a lot to offer, especially when it comes to data-insights. Customer support will help you launch your new offerings in no-time.

What do you dislike about Mention Me?

There's a lot to do with Mention Me, which can overwhelm you but luckily your customer success manager will provide you with all relevant info, next steps, data insights, etc.

What problems is Mention Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mention Me is helping us aquire more new customers, and the greatest benefit is that it's a low-maintenance platform so will still show positive results even when running on its own.

Mention me is excellent in support campiagns, the A/B testing is beneficial and learns from data-driven results, and the account reps are always available. I won't look to move to a competitor.

What do you dislike about Mention Me?

I don't have any issues with Mention Me, they are quite helpful and work towards resolving an issue when it does come up.

What problems is Mention Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mention Me is beneficial in attraction new customers by existing customers shouting about the business. I think the systems in place are well-optimised to do so!
