Mend allows me to stay in the comfort of my home. I can clearly communicate with my doctor just as if I was sitting in her office. There is no lagg or interference during the call and theres always a clear picture. It is extremely easy to use. It gives you clear instructions to follow for testing your device. I've used Mend many times and it's always been wonderful!
When you click on the link to log in it asks for your DOB to verify who you are. Sometimes, even though I entered it correctly it tells me the DOB doesn't match their records. I'm always able to close out of it and click back on the link and get logged in.
Mend saves me money as it is free and I don't have to spend money on fuel. Mend also helps keep my family safe from viruses because you can use Mend to see a physician even for urgent care.
