I've been looking for a tool to help me track my time without having to think about it.

So far it's been perfect. Can't wait for what's coming with this programm! Maybe AI features?

I totally struggled knowing how much time I turly spent on projects. I switch between tasks constantly, especially when there is waiting time included. For. ex. during the rendering time of a video I will check my mail or slack. With Memtime this switch gets tracked and can be evaluated after. It's exactly what I've been looking for. Grat job!

Memtime was easy to integrate with my current practice management platform, Lawcus. Memtime runs in the background to capture everything my mouse touches. Even if I don't log into memtime, it is still capturing the information. Then I just log in at the end of the day and assign the work I did to my matters.

When I am working on a longer project, if I leave that document and open another file that I need for that project, memtime captures that mouse click.

By capturing everything I am doing, I can more accurately capture the time I spend on projects and because I am capturing ALL my time, I can now bill for ALL my time. In the past, there were times I would not record my time and then have to guestimate how much time it took. Studies have shown that attorneys typically underestimate the time it takes for any task.

After connecting to Lawcus, I was having trouble getting it to work properly. I contacted memtime and their customer support was outstanding! They set up a Zoom meeting to help me get it sorted out.

I teach Law Practice Management and I recommend this app to my students to help them capture their time when they go into practice. Whether they work for themselves, or someone else.

I don't have anything that I dislike about memtime. As I continue to use the product, I am confident that if there is an issue or something I dislike, it will resolved by their outstanding customer service.

Memtime allows me to capture more accurately the time I spend on billable work. Because I am capturing my time more accurately, I am capturing more of my time, and therefore, I am billing for more of my time. That benefits me because I am making more money.

Easy to use. Integrates with Toggl Track.

When working on multiple things at the same time (I know i shouldn't) it is hard to easily create 1 time input for a client.

It tracks all activities on your computer, so you won't forget to track anything you worked on.

Love that it shows me where my time is going. I love that I can easily review a day's work and easily track which clients I worked for and for how long.

None that iv'e noticed so far. I've only been using it for a few days.

Memtime helps me see where my time goes when at my desk. I'm mostly interested in tracking billable time, and Memtime does a great job there.

It runs in the background, recoding the programs you have worked on during the day, makign it easier to allocate that chargeable time to clients. It integrates with my Xero Projects which means that creation of invoices at the month end or when a porject is complete is much aless time-consuming and far more accurate. Ensures that all daily time is billed and not forgetten. It aslo shows how much billable time you have had per day which is quite an eye eopenber and has helped with planning workloads and look at most productive times of the day. The customer support is fantastic.

Cannot work on multiple workspaces, like PC and laptop. No Spellcheck!!

It has solved my arachaic, time consuming and inaccurate time log system and speeds up my month end invoicing hugely.

I like that I can track the time I spent on the PC in great detail

I actually have no objections to this tool because I just use it to get an overview. And it is ideal for that.

By using this tool, I can always see what I have done over time and which areas of my daily tasks cost me how much time

We discovered the Memtime app some time ago and it has really made a positive difference to our day-to-day work. As a marketing department, we have to work on different projects every day. It was becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of how much time was spent on each project. Memtime has proven to be the perfect solution for this.

The app's user interface is extremely user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it really easy to get started. The functionalities are comprehensive.

Overall, we can only warmly recommend Memtime. It's a great time management app that has helped us work more efficiently. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

We don't dislike anything about Memtime!

As a marketing department, we have to work on different projects every day. It was becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of how much time was spent on each project.

It prevents loss of billable time and is absolutely invaluable in my day-to-day work.

I tend to jump from task to task and Memtime helps me know what I did when and for how long.

Before Memtime I was definitely shorting my time worked on projects.

Literally cannot imagine working without Memtime. I use it every day :)

In addition their staff has been SUPER helpful the very very few times that I have needed assistance.

I've gotten licesnses for several people on my staff also.

ZERO Downside -- Literally there is nothing that I dislike about the product. It was so easy to install and get started.

Maybe the only downside was that I didn't find it sooner!

Memtime has increased my billable productivity -- and for a small business that is HUGE!

We use Memtime in combination with Clockify. Previously, we only used Clockify. With the introduction of Memtime, the constant starting, pausing, and stopping of tasks is eliminated. Our entire team is totally thrilled by the ease that using Memtime brings. Memtime tracks work anonymously in the background, so at the end of the workday, one can relax and go through their timeline to create very precise time entries. The tool is highly recommendable.

A small improvement that can be made: The ability to create projects and tasks in Clockify via Memtime.

It relieves our employees by eliminating the need to start or stop the time at the beginning and end of each task. They can simply take their working hours from the timeline at the end of the day and transfer them to Clockify with just a few clicks.
