What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

We like the ability to compile libraries natively for different platforms - specifically Java and the ability to load the jars into Tomcat. Being a self-hosted solution allows us speed of looks ups that are unparallel to hosted solutions.

What do you dislike about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

There is not much of a downside. The solution is right for most.

Melissa Data solves data quality issue at the time of entry. Quality, correcting data at this point of the process trickles though every aspect of the process. Minimalizing garbage in minimized garbage out.

What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

Melissa Data Quality Suite is available for all of the countries that we need. We originally used Linux server objects (which had to be built) for performance. About a year ago, we switched to the web services because performance is at the levels we need. No more building objects and bi-monthly server updates! Excellent developer docs, too.

Used to be the process for building server objects - before we switched to the web services.

Verifies and corrects addresses for the US, Canada and US territories. Roof-top geocoding for the same area.

I like how easy it is to use the excel plugin to validate or enhance data on an ad-hoc basis. The API is also easy to integrate and has great uptime and response time.

I was glad to see the address data is super accurate. I was having trouble parsing bulk address data, and this software helped my clean up the data & export it in a useable format.

At first I had some trouble activating my tokens when I created my account online

I was struggling to find a way to fix my large CSV files with unparsed address data and no delimiter, I spent hours trying to manually clean up the data, until I found this software and used to to clean my list & output a usable address file.
