Meevo thinks of all areas a business needs to run their company efficiently and with growth. Meevo reports are great, and the support is outstanding. Meevo makes you feel important and not just a number!
There's not much I don't like about Meevo, but community may be the one thing we are missing. I feel Meevo is working on that aspect of the business. Would like to see possible local support groups to help one another grow and learn more in our industry.
Our buiness has not utilized growth indicators in the past, however, Meevo has made that a thing of the past. It helps in setting goals for our Spa and for our providers as well. Meevo has also helped in putting all of our needs in one place, so that we are not having to purchase other programs to help with Marketing, EGift cards, and now our credit cards. This is huge benefit!
Meevo customer service is the best in the industry. Their ability to innovate is second to none.

Dealing with client profiles has been so easy lately. We're able to travel farther in transaction history and search up client names in portals we used to have to scroll through.
The waitlist system has been growing to be more efficient, but I would like it to have more customization. We've also been having problems with Meevo being trusted by our google chrome, making paying and receipts difficult.
We're handling client accounts and also using them as our booking system. We use Meevo for almost everything related to the business, and we upgraded from Millenia a few years ago.
The fact that the entire system works on phones, tablets, pc or Mac is great. Reporting is powerful.
Has a lot of configuration options so takes longer to setup but well worth it. Works the way my business works.

It's colorful, it's simple, it's sharp. Meevo is a browser-based POS system that rocks! I really enjoy how fluid the program is & how edgy it is. It's easy to use and if you aren't very proficient with any POS, it's easy to learn.
If your internet is on the slow side, it might be a little laggy, however make sure to plug your computer into a direct ethernet instead of WiFi so that doesn't happen to you! The only issues I've ever experienced with Meevo was on a Mac and I have exited out of the program by accident countless times.
We use it at our salon. It has made the POS not so much a piece of sh**!!
Millenium is a very easy database to use. The features are very easy to figure out. IT is relatively easy to learn and get a hold on to.
Millenium can be kind of unappealing to the eye. It can be hard to look at for extended periods of time.
This program is really easy to work with! It will definitely help with your business needs. I would definitely recommend this program!
It has been a very helpful spot to store a lot of information. IT has also been helpful to be able to sort through and categorize that information easily.
I love that it is easy to check my schedule and that I can see what percentage of that day is filled.

It's simple to use for scheduling spa appointments.
Scheduling is a breeze. Clients can book online and texts alerts are sent to the employee and client to confirm. Text reminders are great - clients can confirm their appointments via text. This is great to help eliminate and discourage people from "no-show"-ing.
Cloud services are sometimes unreliable and don't always load quickly. Also the cost of credit acceptance is high - I use a separate service to accept credit cards.
Using this software, I can be more consumer-friendly by catering to new millennials that don't like to schedule over the phone. They can easily see when appointments are available and book accordingly.

We have had so many issues with their credit card processor WorldPay but they have been working hard on new options coming this year that we are excited about! They ALWAYS listen to their customers' feedback!
