Very straightforward and easy to use, it helps me track recordings, review them with my superiors and helps me understand how I can get better at my job. The integration with my work calendars keeps me in check and on track.
I havent noticed one at the moment, i dont think it has any.
It helps me keep track of next steps in a sales process, it highlights how a meeting or a call went and gives me tips on next steps.
The recaps after every meeting are incredibly helpful. Working in sales, it's easy to fill your calendar and jump from call to call leaving follow up emails as an end of day task. Being able to look back and see a recap and next steps make it so much easier and faster to take care of follow up.
I wish there was a setting I could toggle on to adjust the meeting name to the company rather than the name of the meeting. For example, the title of the meeting is usually 'Meeting w/ <insert our company name', and it would be helpful if it could be the customer's company name, or if I could see the customer's company from the home screen as it would make it easier to find. Now, this isn't super important as I can adjust this manually, but would be great if it was automated.
Getting a summary of meetings so I make sure I don't miss anything in sending out follow ups or company ntoes.
The smooth onboarding of the app. I could set it up and add it to my calendar in less than 5-7 minutes. Even adding the voice fingerprint during the setup was easy to do and no unnecessary retakes were needed. MeetRecord gets added to calls automatically and on time of the schedule.

It is solving the problem of summarising calls since MeetRecord is AI-generated. This helps in drafting the minutes of the meeting.
Additionally, after the calls are ended it helps in analysing the tone of the conversation between participants and how we can drive customer calls better and keep it engaging.

Solution: We've customizes MeetRecord's, AI assistant to summarize the meeting and put out notes in the format we want to see. This allowed us to ditch the manual notetaking during our meetings.
I was an early stage adopter of Meet Rocord. They improve the platform as time goes by.
There are rooms for imrovements in the tool. Sometimes the bot don't work properly, but in the last period it is rare.
MR helps me keeping track of conversations. It's always great and helpful to have a notetaker in the meeting this way I can focus on the customer, better track requests and friction of my product.
The AI feature gives you a detailed yet short summary of the call which comes in very handy to go through.

Not only is the product top tier - from the easy-to-use UI and the AI coaching and summary features, but the customer service experience has been unmatched from Day 1.
There are occasionally small bugs or missing features with new product releases, however, my suggestions and feedback are typically implemented within a couple of days - so really no big deal at all!
