That it is good not to have to send out emails

Nothing as of yet, no issues thus far and hopefully none.

Planning meeting helps to prepare for the weekly tasks

It is extremely user friendly, it goes through the steps and prompts you to add an attendee, add a time, etc. it is no hassle, there is no ramp up time needed. You can just log on and instantly schedule your interview or coffee chat, etc.

I don't see how meeting planner is any better than traditional meeting scheduling on outlook or gmail, I can't pinpoint what it would offer me that is better than what is already available in gmail/outlook.

It is best suited for very small scale implementation, not necessarily meant for a large scale company and cannot compete with other scheduling apps and most definitely not an ATS

If I want to send a super quick calendar invite to someone, I can quickly go through the prompts on Meeting Planner, and shoot them a quick email inviting them to my meeting. It is also useful when you are inviting clients who come from different email servers, for example if you're on outlook, it can look wonky when you invite a bunch of gmail participants.
