What I liked most about this software was the Work Area section. I like it because I can assign tasks to a team of people and send them to them by email, they do not need to be users of the software. I can also tag the activities, so I can easily search for them. As the tasks are done, they are marked as done and I can add a final note. It is very easy to create labels. It integrates to Google Calendar quickly.
I had a problem with creating new labels. The pop-up window did not open a few times. Of the rest, it worked very well.

I really liked the software, it's very useful to organize tasks and meetings, both for companies and for independent professionals. I really like it to be synchronized with Google Calendar. As I manage several small businesses, I think that the labels can help me to take better control of the tasks corresponding to each business. In addition, I coordinate my activities with employees of those businesses and with the division of tasks and sending by email I can have a record and keep track of the assigned tasks.
La interfaz de usuario es sencilla, es fácil identificar los pasos que hay que dar para registrar una reunión. Me gusta mucho que puedo colocarle etiquetas, es una excelente forma de ubicar luego la actividad cuando se tienen muchas tareas registradas, también puedo colocar el email de los participantes y MeetingKing les envía por correo un aviso, sin necesidad de que estén registrados. Me gusta también que da la posibilidad de asignar tareas a un grupo de personas, esto es muy útil cuando liderizas un equipo de trabajo y quieres asegurarte de que cada quien sepa y entienda lo que debe hacer y cerciorarte que lo cumpla. Otra cosa que me gusto mucho es la forma en la que genera las actas de las reuniones: organiza las notas que vayas escribiendo durante la reunión y las envía con un formato formal a los participantes. Se integra, además con Google Calendar y Outlook.
La verdad me gustó mucho, lo veo extremadamente útil para cualquier profesión.
El software está en ingles, pero con conocimientos básicos del idioma, es fácil entender ya que la interfaz de usuario es muy intuitiva y amigable. Se lo recomiendo sobretodo a profesionales freelance, ya que la organización es fundamental en nuestro trabajo para mantener y lograr nuevos clientes.
Como trabajadora independiente tengo que concertar citas con mis clientes y con los potenciales clientes, por lo que me resulta muy útil este software para organizarme y tener un registro de las fechas y los acuerdos a los que llegamos. Esto es muy importante para cualquier empresa o profesional ya que el hecho de que no quede registro puede traer como consecuencias malos entendidos. Siempre todo debe quedar por escrito y este software que está basado en la nube es una buena herramienta.
It has very clean UI and it is easy to use. So basically keeping track of different agenda or task is made simple by it. It has all features that are needed like collaborative work and file sharing and all.
I find MeetingKing perfect since it has all the features that I need so no dislike yet. But I will keep this review updated if I find any.
I recommend MeetingKing to everyone since it has many great features and it is not that costly. You can always start with the trial version and then buy it. It is worth every penny.
Initially we as a software development organization were using excel for keeping information and emails for file sharing. But now we have switched to MeetingKing and it is really very helpful. It has reduced our task and we got all solution at a place and also in more organized manner.
I like different agenda idea, it makes easy to control your daily tasks. And Clean UI is looking so good.
Not appropriate for pricing plans, I think there is one plan it should be more good, but it looks so complicated right now.
