When I compare with any other event management software; MeetingHand has affordable price. They don't have any commission or other hidden fees. The most thing that I like is support. Whenever I need help; their 7/24 support team help me kindly. It is also easy-to-use software; which I can handle lots of things without ask/research it. They have lots of features that you can make your event from beginning to the end using just only MeetingHand.
Once; I had a login problem and it was urgent, I contacted with my support assistant Julia; and she fixed the problem in a couple of minutes later. So; I don't have any bad comment for MeetingHand.
If I made my event without using MeetingHand; I would lose a lot of time and money. I use Registration / Booking / Payment / Mobile App / Event Website / Abstract features when I create my event.
Meetinghand is an all-around solution for conference organisers. With proper planning, it takes 2-3 hours to completely set up a conference, registration page and abstract collection page. It allows easy capacity management, payment automation and even booking for extras. The software is nearly flawless we have not spotted any glitches so far. Among the incoming features, a mobile app for registration via qr code is on the way, and it will probably enable self-check-in kiosks for face-to-face meetings. It also features a hybrid conference solution where you can broadcast your conference online, providing interaction between live and internet spaces. All these features are provided within a humble per registrant view and per view hour for hybrid fees, which is very affordable and scaleable. They provide you a 250$ bonus (which means free for the 50 registrants)
Multilanguage feature is currently supported through Google Translate API, which is fine, but it definitely needs a multilanguage tab based system for international conferences where multiple languages are used. Integration to translation management tools would be a great add on.
We are currently working on a international conference for higher education sector. Basic setup just took half and hour. and within a couple hours we were nearly ready to launch registration, our administrators are amazed how we quickly respond with a solution.

I've using this software online for almost a year and I think it's good platform to register your own business events. I do love the option to offer accommodation and other extra services. For example, I'm going to host an event near our company in California. The system enables me to manage and offer hotel rooms, transfers, and tours to participants from different states or oversea. Furthermore, participants can login to their account and make their choices and add to their booking. Plus participants can easily download documents they need, like invoices and vouchers related to travel services. This is very convenience for us as an event owner.
Likewise, I can also create additional related events and merchandise, such as free or paid workshops, dinners, conference swag, etc. I can manage our participants’ transactions and bookings for these activities, edit event information, set quotas or manage payments and refunds.
Upon creating our own future events, the system allows me to send out invitations to people by using the mass mailing option, and of course, there is no extra cost and it's unlimited.
This MeetingHand is one of a great software to manage and control our own events. I do like this system; however, I was very confused at the beginning when I first started using it. Perhaps, as a multi-functional software it could be overwhelming at the start or too comprehensive for those running simple event projects
