We are organizing medical conferences for about 500-600 participants and we have used Meeting Applications for two events and already planning our next collaboration together.
From organizers side - the app is quite easy to set up, the features are perfect for our needs and the customer support is very reliable and professional. Customization is good and they even translated the blueprints texts in Bulgarian for us, which was great. It’s a great way for digital content and very useful if you want to organize paperless event.
From participants side – we also received very positive feedback from our participants and it’s very convenient that they can use the same event app for all conferences, with already created profiles.
Overall everything is very well organized and performing as promised! However if importing new users and be organized a bit easier would be even better :)

I really appreciated how they can handle projects even in stressfull situation.
I would say maybe the customization of the landing page that cannot be customized by us.
They are perfect in managing event, even hybrid.
Easy to use but expandable to whatever you need to build out. Many great features that MA has cannot be found in many comparably priced apps, including event floorplan maps and a very comprehensive event building /scheduling system. We have been using them for the last 4-years and love the product they continue to produce. Easy for all staff to use, yet detailed enough to have an IT person go to town to make it a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that will be the talk of the town at your event!
Truthfully nothing, we did use a geo-location piece the first year, it did not work too well, and we abandoned it at our event. We did not press on it as we could have made a mistake on the build-out, and since then, the geo-location piece has been removed from the MA system (I believe).
Also, I wish they had a USA office to work with on questions with our groups during our business hours. But even with that, the support group returns all support questions quickly the next business day.
Look at what you get for the price and ease of buildout of the application you will be purchasing. Does it meet your needs and the needs of your exhibitors, attendees, educators, sponsors, and hosts? Meeting Application will hands down prove that it is the easiest to set up, maintain and push to your attendees for your event!
Though we have not asked, we might want to see if we can integrate the registration system we use for our event to the MA system, so we do not need to import the records in, but again that is on us, not them. They do offer integration pieces.
An application is intuitive. I can copy almost every important element I need from the website. Every application element is easy to match to my requirements. Using an application is also intuitive to a user - we never get any bad opinions about our application.
The new interface needs more experience and time to get used to
An application should be a copy of the main pieces of information from the website for every visitor. I can recommend an application for every event agency. It meets every expectation.
Communication of staff, helpfulness and ease of understanding each other. I liked how everything was tailored to our needs. We also needed some translation refinements, and those were met really quickly.
Sometimes the app felt heavier on slower, older devices, some optimizations for these would be preferable.
We could modernize our student competition, with the use of this application we could spare lots and lots of paper, while also being always up to date.
Opportunities that application gives when it comes to communicating with guests before, during and after the conference. Its simplicity and possibility to adjust boxes/elements to conference's needs. Application has good design and layout. What's more Meeting Application's team support is also always available, helpful and very nice.
According to my company requirements, everything was good.
It would be so much easier for organisers and participants if all conferences had this kind of application. It's really useful when it comes to providing information to all participants and many, many other aspects. Highly recommended.
It helps with managing the conference - participants are informed about every change in agenda, can share opinions and photographs. Users can easily find the details abour rooms and speakers which makes them understand conference better which also has impact on conference's and organiser's image.

- No Admin iOS/Android app, the event must be edited online
- Filter icon does not allow filtering by room location (search bar does allow for filtering by room but this may not be intuitive to all users)

We host an annual conference with over 1800 attendees, numerous speakers and sponsors who all need a central / mobile way to access conference information, session schedules, locations, receive push updates etc. This app was the perfect, easiest to setup solve for a volunteer-staffed conference like ours where we don't have the budget to develop our own app. Our branding was front and center, the app looked great and was easy to use and we appreciated the great support and quick turnaround from the Meeting App team.
Definitely that Meeting Application is a really feature-rich platform. The organizer has everything to make great events and to deeply engage the audience. Meeting Application has a very intuitive backend, so it’s really easy to create the app and fill or modify data.
There is nothing I dislike about Meeting Application.
If you are not a tech person or you don’t have dedicated tech team, this app is for you. Also, the customer service was brilliant. I wish all businesses had customer support like Meeting Application.
Even though we are a software house, we believe it’s better to jump into a ready-made app from Meeting Application rather then create an in-house app. It saves a lot of time and we were sure that the MeetingApplication team have awesome know-how about technology in organising events. We highly recommend this solution!

Meeting Application is a fantastic tool for every event. The tool is intuitive and provides many possibilities; the number of components allows you to organize an excellent and good-looking event application. But the best part is the MA crew - they will help you solve any problem you'll face while organizing your event.
The first contact with the organizer's panel is not the easiest for a non-technical person like me, but after a 30-minute training with the MA team, the problem disappears.
