Simple user interface, very good for use with complicated tasks. Easy to get to any task within a few clicks. Can be logged on to multiple work stations around the lab which is great for efficiency. Very fast at loading most tasks.

Sometimes can lag due to high volume, could use some more customization features that would help different users be more efficient. Hot keys would be helpful as well, if there was one for a certain page I could quickly get to that screen asap.

Sometimes it is very slow as it is Citrix based.

Personally have worked with so many softwares while in this industry but the thing that i find good about this particular software is that it reduces the errors made when one had to record all patient information manually on paper, but with this it is electronically, the software also enables the patients to be treated more accurately as the user can access all patient information from it, the software also can recognize and predict diagnosis enabling one to give accurate treatment and lastly is that the software is able to keep patient data safe and not easily accessible by third party.

Personally the only thing i dislike about the software is that it requires electricity to be run fully, i think they should come up with a way that it can even fit on smartphones so that it can be easily accessible.

The software can help a healthcare facility a great deal in storing and sharing of patient information and data, i highly recommend it.

The software allows as to store and exchange information and data, it allows the sharing of information within the hospital facility.

The easy to use display/navigation. I also like the color scheme. I also like the ease to undo mistakes. It also has a button to view history to check who made the mistake itself.

The clicking. It needs more shortcuts and pictures. I also dislike that sometimes the refresh is very glitchy as it’s based on a website. I wish it was an actual program like old meditech software.

I recommend you have a trial to check it out. It is very simple and easy to use.

Very tidy and organized software. It is very easy to identify mistakes and many times the software will correct you so that a mistake won’t be made in the first place. For example if you forget a certain questionnaire a pop up will show up telling you to go back.

Retrieving a patient file has been simplified by the use of Meditech EHR.Also the updating and sharing of the record data is easy. I also like the fact that it is affordable for most health facilities. I find it very useful hence creating more health sustainable solutions.

Some small facilities may not be able to afford it despite wanting to use it's services.

I recommend Meditech EHR for the fact that it is fast,you can get your patient's file instantly without delay.

Nothing so far it is all impressive and amazing

Very user-friendly, ample short-codes allowing minimization of clicking when verifying orders. System has more functions than anyone really realizes, also minimizing the need to call nurses or providers to obtain certain information about the patients. Very easy access to physician and nurses’ progress notes, enabling pharmacists to determine specific indications of drug treatments, leading to optimization of the treatments especially for per-pharmacy protocol treatments. Any necessary changes are also easily made in the system. For example, a message can be generated to the MD ordering a backordered drug, informing the MD to order an alternative drug or call pharmacy for recommendations. Its messaging system is very useful as well; the nurses and pharmacists can communicate through messages effectively, minimizing the call volume to the pharmacy and nursing units.

It tends to be slow (slower on some days) and freezes every now and then.

The interface seems archaic and very old-school, but it is a very user-friendly (maybe espcially pharmacist-friendly) system that will meet most needs. The short-codes maximize the productivity and speed of pharmacists, which is at times vital in patient care especially in hospital setting.

It is used in a very clinical setting at a hospital, therefore not familiar if it is addressing any business problems.

Ability to manage every single department in our hospital makes me recommend meditech ehr for use in our hospital.simplicity for use and managing too maked me love it to the top. Meditech ehr is user friendly once the user has learnt it working

I don't like it complicated procedure on use .It consumes much time to resume incase of silly mistakes.it is somehow expensive though its friendly to both large and small facilities
