The fact that you can't download entire bins in the web version
View, share and storage content
I love that you are able to view in-sit the media before downloading. I feel like this truly makes MediaSilo stand out from the rest, it is so incredibly user friendly.
I think there could be an improvemnet when it comes to the link sharing abilities. It makes it slighly confusing the interface for looking at link activity compared to just normal interface of the media.
It is solving the issue of having ediotors need to download all the media at once to view it. With media silo I can share media with editors and they are able to pick and choose which clips hey would like to downlad thanks to the fact that you can watch media within the site.

How long it takes to upload a file can impact the speed of my work.

Ability to share and move files via phone app would be helpful. Currently only works via desktop app or web browser.
Dropbox was our previous home for media management but ran into issues as accounts would lock when various international partners downloaded links. MediaSilo is reliable. We've had no issues with external access since making the switch.
the ease of access, the simple layout, and the fact that you download and upload any kind of media on there. there is definitely a lot to improve in terms of technicality.
To review a video sometimes media silo doesn't work and feels like that something to do with the system not the uploader, also whenever i create folders i sometimes can't delete them.
Knowing that i don't have to worry about media being missing if it was uploaded to media silo, and also the fact that you can upload hires or low res files and control who can view it or download it.
i like using the desktop app to quickly send video links and assetts to coworkers and clients
it was a little confusing to learn at first - learning curve
it solves the problem of quickly and easily created secure links for clients to view videos, this helps me because other solutions have been more cumbersome/complex. i like having the ability to easily password protect content and manage links as well.
I love how fast and easy it is to send and download large files.
There is nothing I dislike about media silo
Sending files securely and quickly
Easy to use, it gives you the option to add several team members into your account
Sometimes its difficult to find a specific file when the file has not been safe with tags and several search words
It does not offer many features, however, its simple to us and inexpensive!
Archive, save and create a media library
