Easy to use
What do you like best about MediaPro?
Mediapro platform is straightforward to use and includes simulations for testing. It also offers multiple integration possibilities with other software. Ithas a huge selection of security training content.
What do you dislike about MediaPro?
The phishing platform is not as quick as its competitors. And i feel it quite expensive than others.
What problems is MediaPro solving and how is that benefiting you?
I couldn't customize the training lessons thoroughly because while most parts were great, there was one small section that didn't fit my needs.

Great product and easy to use
What do you like best about MediaPro?
MediaPro was very straight forward and easy to program, download and use. It took almost no training to get things done and was able to just open it and use it with no issues
What do you dislike about MediaPro?
Not being able to deeply customize the training modules as there are many segments that were fantastic, but just one small piece wouldn't apply and couldn't use that module.
What problems is MediaPro solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use for our phishing tests and our training courses.

MediaPro is now called KnowBe4 and its awesome.
What do you like best about MediaPro?
MediaPro has a vast collection of security training content. Their platform is easy to use and even has simulations to run and test. It has a lot of integration options for other software.
What do you dislike about MediaPro?
No shame to call that it was expensive. But if you need it, you need it.
What problems is MediaPro solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped get everyone the training in the organization for security training and awareness. Now that it is part of the KnowBe4, its library has expanded even more.

The training content is outstanding. It's short, concise, and to the point.
What do you dislike about MediaPro?
The phishing platform lags behind its competitors.
Recommendations to others considering MediaPro?
The training content was excellent and I have the ability to customize on the fly. If you plan on phishing simulations 6-12 times per year, the tool works well. If you want more features in the phishing platform, look at the competitors.
What problems is MediaPro solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training end users to become more aware of the cybersecurity threats they face everyday; or may not realize that they are facing them.
