Provides a quick and efficient way to store and search work materials. Easy to share and download for customers and work related use.

What do you dislike about Mediafly?

I often find searchability could use improvements in this program. Perhaps this is some thing. My company has not properly set up, but often materials can be challenging to find if you are unfamiliar with their title.

What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a great tool that is easily accessible remotely to share documents, especially those that are large in size. I appreciate the tracking features to analyze who is viewing digital material. I am sharing.

The fact that we can house all of our important documents, links, files, etc in 1 place and access this information from anywhere

I don't see any negatives. If I had to choose 1 things it would be that uploading content doesn't always work smoothly

What do you like best about Mediafly?

Mediafly is so easy to integrate with my emails, I am able to create collections that I can use over and over again. This service saves time and makes me more income.

What do you dislike about Mediafly?

there is a slight learning curve. Practice makes perfect.

What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time is wasted when starting out emails from scratch, Inserting a hyperlink into my emails with my custom collections saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about Mediafly?

I can attach presentation and other data into one simple link. This is better than sending individual attachments that take up too much space and more emails.

What do you dislike about Mediafly?

My assest folder could be improved, it seems a bit redundant with my items, my collections etc.

What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?

To present and provide information to the customers from one single depository. It is efficient when you have limited time to present and provide informaiton quickly. It saves time tyring to find information in different folders.

I love getting instant reporting when my links are used, so I can customize my follow ups. I love that the links will always go to the most recent updated version available.

I'm a new user and haven't found anything I dislike about the platform yet.

Ensuring clients have recent versions of documents, ensures no misunderstanding of fees or program structures.

What do you like best about Mediafly?

It focuses on the things that are most important to sales leaders. Additionally, it gives us the ability to see the overall health of an opportunity quickly without a lot of research.

What do you dislike about Mediafly?

The health score can be a bit unreliable when you are close/involved with a deal and you have intelligence that would tell you, for example, that a deal has a higher viability than what is being calculated.

What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick, easy access to the KPIs that are most important to us. Also, we don't project future attainment well, and this tool helps us solve this problem. It also keeps us from spending hours building reports in SFDC.

The folder arrangement allows for easy organization of topics. The sharing option works well, tracking views and response rates.

The logging out occurs too frequently, and should be extended on a recognized device
