Medhost usage as a scribe

What do you like best about MEDHOST?

What I liked best about MedHost software was that it would have the appropriate tabs for each section in a well-organized manner.

What do you dislike about MEDHOST?

I disliked that it would sometimes lag.

Recommendations to others considering MEDHOST?

I think it serves its purpose.

What problems is MEDHOST solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem is that medical history records have doctors missed at least one-third of the nonverbal cues given by patients because they are taking notes. This software allows a scribe to take notes for the doctor allowing him to pay full attention to the patient.

Use it for work. Easy to access information needed for patient information.

Not much I dislike about it. It is useful

If you are a medical setting type work place this can be very helpful for organization of patients

Provides the benefits of being able to search up patient information in a organized manner

User friendly for physicians and non IT users as well to use the system Fairly descent product! Integration is quiet a bit of challenge

What do you like best about MEDHOST?

Customer support for their application is impressive. Systems integrity is good. They customize applications based on your needs quiet closely.

What do you dislike about MEDHOST?

integration requires a bit too much of work.

Recommendations to others considering MEDHOST?

It is a fairly good product offering wide variety of service with descent customer support. You can rely on them for your product issue to be resolved in time.

WE use medhost patient account, physician documentation, nursing documentation.

Optimal System

Ease of use, clarity of system, through documentation.

Often glitches, unable to coordinate with other hospital systems.

Better communication between medical and administrative and admitting staff.

Medhost was not user friendly in the least bit

What do you like best about MEDHOST?

It was simple in the sense that it was very black and white, there weren't any hidden features or tricks or anything. Everyone is equally adequate at using it.

What do you dislike about MEDHOST?

However, it is terrible and it is so simple that you actually end up doing a lot of double work. Registering a patient you end up entering the same information 2-3 times- and thats IF it doesnt crash
