Efficiency!

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

I like that it has A LOT of functions! We can track loads, we can track payments, we can comment con customers profiles, on transactions, on loads, we can use GPS in there, we can send text, the things we can do are unlimited!

What do you dislike about LoadMaster?

The only think I would change is that is looks like an old software. I would try to modernize it a bit

What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's benefiting the company since we all have the same information in front of us in the same place.

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

I love the ease of using McLeod . Ability to look up information at our finger tips fast and available.

What do you dislike about LoadMaster?

I think it is not so much with McLeod as it is with the design the company has McLeod build for them. We had issues with slip seating at first which since has been worked out and now works great

Great program for use in the transportation industry.

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

I love that I learn new things everyday. It's super easy to use once you get the hang of it. I love that there are so many different things you can do within this program.

What do you dislike about LoadMaster?

I dislike that it's hard to search for anything, that it's hard to correct something once it's posted, and that it sucks if you accidently post all your vouchers instead of just the one you wanted.

What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this program everyday in our company and it helps us keep our books in control as well as track our trucks and know what is going on in our company with everything that's involved with trucking.

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

What I do like the most from Load Master is what it offers. Load Master can be defined as all in one because we can find everything in just one space or system. It's been really usuful to the company I work to since it provide different tools that makes the work easier and not heavy to carry out

What do you dislike about LoadMaster?

at the moment Load Master has surprised with it intefase, so I'm unable to find out anything bad. Everything I have found it has been really usuful

As the title says Load Master has the ability to bring everything together.

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

It's the best way to have the loads in order to work on them, it's easy to handle and also has visibiity of everything with this programm

I think when we need to configure columm or filter the loads

EOM is much simpler because issues are non issues easy to use

Quick and efficient

What do you like best about LoadMaster?

Easy to use and easy to learn. Most simple TMS I have ever used .

Costly; also the cost of each mod is pricey

very easy to use once you get the hang of it. works very well to integrate other customers TMS systems

can be slow sometimes. takes awhile to set up tunnels.
