I do no think there is a downside. It has been very useful to us. It has solved a big issue we had.

We needed a way to schedule many things. Usually you could use any scheduling program and it would work, but MaxScheduler works well for us since we need to use it to schedule printers and some other machines. It is very good at doing this task.

The product was easy to use. I was even able to train someone else to use it.

I had difficulties downloading and installing the program, but it worked out.

It really helps me stay organized and to be more efficient with my daily schedule.
