Powerful Metrics, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
Maxio helps us stay on top of customer payments, eliminates a lot of potentual human error in invoicing, and it's extremely easy to export data all kinds of data for further analysis in Google Sheets. The customer support is some of the best in the industry.
What do you dislike about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
There is a couple seconds latency whenever you navigate to a different page which can really add up and break your workflow.
What problems is Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maxio understands the difference between accounting revenue recognition and SaaS ARR, and the built-in reporting removes a lot of manual calculations for us. The invoicing options are sophisticated enough to accommodate custom enterprise billing. It automates a lot of our dunning process. It serves as a single source of truth for customer billing and payment history.

Nothing I can think of! If anything the user experience can use a face lift.

Easy to Use / Scalability is great / Much better than our last system!
What do you like best about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
The scalability is impressive; managing invoicing for our clients has been remarkably easy, even with growth. I appreciate the responsiveness of the Maxio support teams; assistance is always prompt. Additionally, the monthly updates to Maxio frequently introduce new and useful features.
What do you dislike about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
While the learning curve was a bit steep coming from a simpler invoicing system, Maxio has significantly increased our functionality.
What problems is Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior system lacked functionality and flexibility. Maxio makes invoicing easier and allows for necessary customization, email notifications, which we didn't have before.

Great solution for invoicing, AR follow-up and SaaS KPI reports with Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
What I find most helpful about Maxio is the visibility into the transaction history of a customer as well as future projections of invoices and revenue at that customer level and for the company overall. The upside of Maxio is the reporting capabilities at both a high and detailed level and the variety of information you can generate. The platform is easy to implement and there is an implementation team to assist with the transition. It also integrates with our CRM and GL systems.
What do you dislike about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
It takes time to become familiar with how the platform works, how to generate reports and customize dashboards and the information contained therein but Customer Support is great and helps navigate those challenges.
What problems is Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maxio is helping us increase the quality and quantity of our data collection and analysis giving us greater visibility into projected revenue and cash to help business performance and reporting to stakeholders. The platform has also increased our billing efficiency and regularity in following up on outstanding invoices, speeding up cash collections and reducing manual intervention in AR collections.

Intuitive, Clear Insights
What do you like best about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
Maxio is incredibly easy to use and learn. As a part of my job I am responsible for managing subscriptions, but that is not my core focus, so having an easy platform allows me to focus on my core responsibilities instead of getting stuck working on billing issues. I specifically like how easy it is to access the customer payment links to send when people want more information about their personal accounts with us.
What do you dislike about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
The auto-renew options sometimes charge people before they are ready to renew and that can cause complications or result in refunds.
What problems is Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maxio helps us manage our renewals and subscriptions, making it easy to generate immediate revenue from clients and makes onboarding new clients much faster.

The order to cash process is now automated at our company.

I don't have any complaints about this area.

Maxio works very well for our business
What do you like best about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
Their handling of subscriptions and the ability to be flexible with one subscription to the next is a game changer. We have many custom and static agreements, it is good and necessary to handle each type.
What do you dislike about Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify)?
Invoicing could be a little easier to navigate and create them - but this is only minor.
What problems is Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ability to handle multiple types of subscriptions and charge according to use of our platform.

Payment processing embedded into our app is easy for customers to use and simple to manage subscriptions.

I think the analytics can be a bit confusing to understand compared to other platforms or atleast I need to understand Timezone / failed payment discrepancies a bit more.
