It is a great product. Very functional and easy to use. Easy to add contacts. It helped me elminate several spreadsheets I was using to keep track of the companies I was calling on, and made it really easy to track when I should make followup calls.
Some functions are cumbersome, but not many.

Nothing yet! Everything I use this for, which is basically montitoring my clients and compliance for Defined Contribution Plans. It is incredible and over the last 30 plus years I only miss the cheap stand alone version.

Accessing our customer and supplier info from anywhere at any time allows us to be more efficient, productive and respond faster to customers. Speed of response is a major part of customer loyalty and satisfaction and builds trust.
The ability to create workflows and then apply them to individual clients making each interaction with our clients personalized, but also less labour intensive for us. Having a centralized hub to collect all interactions with clients with details that are available to all staff.

The support that is available is great, love the chat feature as well as the tutorials on YouTube, making it quick and easy to get solutions for any issues that come up.

Also makes sure we never miss an opportunity with a client for maturing investments and following up to haev future discussions about future needs brought to our attention.
The program is easy to manage and works great with my practice. It has more features than I need but the ones I do use are perfect. It beats many competitors on price, but once you are inside you will notice it is a strong tool for any business tracking data.
I can't think of anything right now that would be an issue. The maximizer support team is outstanding and usually can help me solve problems the same day. I would recommend not getting hung up on small stuff when it comes to products as complex as a CRM.
Tracking of leads is the main strength. When quoting a number of companies for a client, it is nice to have documents set out and everything in order. It is great for implementing the product as well and allows you to go back and review documents when anything is in question. Super fast for everything right down to audits.
That the platform is in the cloud and provides easy access anywhere. I like the compatibility how it is linked to Microsoft and maximizer
