What do you like best about Maximizer?

Imbededded training videos are extremely valuable. Our team refers to them constantly. Max is easy to use and our MailChimp integration was seamless.

Customer support is always top-notch and fast.

Sometimes the program bogs down when refreshing or switching modules.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

It is a great product. Very functional and easy to use. Easy to add contacts. It helped me elminate several spreadsheets I was using to keep track of the companies I was calling on, and made it really easy to track when I should make followup calls.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Some functions are cumbersome, but not many.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending mass mailings to my contacts was cumbersome but tracking opportunities was really easy.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to find filed documents and contact information when I am in a hurry.

there is not much to dislike, Customer support is always on hand if I find I need help

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The flexibility of User Defined Fields and reports, it allows me to create fields, track items and log my work. Best is monitor my deadlines.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Nothing yet! Everything I use this for, which is basically montitoring my clients and compliance for Defined Contribution Plans. It is incredible and over the last 30 plus years I only miss the cheap stand alone version.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Becuase it montitors all my deadlines and reporting for compliance, it ensures that my clients don't receive penailites.

I don't dislike Maximizer, I'm a fan!!!!!

Accessing our customer and supplier info from anywhere at any time allows us to be more efficient, productive and respond faster to customers. Speed of response is a major part of customer loyalty and satisfaction and builds trust.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The ability to create workflows and then apply them to individual clients making each interaction with our clients personalized, but also less labour intensive for us. Having a centralized hub to collect all interactions with clients with details that are available to all staff.

Easy to onboard new clients as well as pull data from Maximizer to use for any client events or mass communications.

The support that is available is great, love the chat feature as well as the tutorials on YouTube, making it quick and easy to get solutions for any issues that come up.

It is the first web application I open in the morning and the last one that gets closed before shutting down for the day, we literally could not function without it.

The daily task manager keeps us all on track and makes sure that we do not miss any follow up with our clients.

Love the integration with Outlook email to keep track of all correspondence with clients.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Can be a bit labour intensive to get workflows and specific user defined fields set up.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow up woth clients, keeping track of our interactions which is crucial in the financial services industry- having notes to back up every transaction is a lifesaver. Also makes sure we never miss an opportunity with a client for maturing investments and following up to haev future discussions about future needs brought to our attention.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The program is easy to manage and works great with my practice. It has more features than I need but the ones I do use are perfect. It beats many competitors on price, but once you are inside you will notice it is a strong tool for any business tracking data.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

I can't think of anything right now that would be an issue. The maximizer support team is outstanding and usually can help me solve problems the same day. I would recommend not getting hung up on small stuff when it comes to products as complex as a CRM.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking of leads is the main strength. When quoting a number of companies for a client, it is nice to have documents set out and everything in order. It is great for implementing the product as well and allows you to go back and review documents when anything is in question. Super fast for everything right down to audits.
