We are a remote company that prides itself on recognizing and supporting our employees. I appreciate that Matter lets us do this in such a unique and easy way. It has really brought the team even closer.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about it so far. It's been really fun!

It provided us with a more streamlined and official way to recognize our employees. Sometimes this gets lost in the day to day activity but this has been a way to really let them shine!

Matter allows me and my co-workers with the ability to leave kudos for each other and show appreciation for the work we do on a daily. The ease of navigation of the implementation to our system makes it worth-wild. Matter allows daily, weekly or monthly use, which is convenient for me nd my co-workers and the perks are GREAT!

There is nothing that I do not like about Matter.

Matter is allowing employees to recognize the work being done within the organization. Though there isn't always financial or public recognition for the 'small' things, it's nice for those within the orgnization to have the ability to share the work being done in the varies departments.

That we get a weekly reminder to share our kudos! This can sometimes be missed with our busy schedules but I do appreciate it when we get our reminders.

That we only get 80 points to spread love!

To allow our employees to feel loved and recognizing their work! That we notice it and if I can offer more, I would!

I love being able to connect using matter, using the kudo system and being aware of birthdays and anniversaries, all of it. It's a great way to connect with my coworkers on a more intimate level even though we all work remotely

We are a smaller organization and looking for an easy way to provide staff kudos on a regular basis. We are slack users so the idea that this integrates so easily into slack is incredible. We love using it every day, not just on Feedback Friday. Plus, its very affordable!

None, low-cost, provides great opportunities to encourage staff!

We had no process in place to support employee recognition beyond a monthly newsletter (that was very cumbersome). This always folks to provide immediate feedback for a job well done.

Matter was a hit with my company from day one. Each week we have "Thank You Thursdays" and it is the most encouraging, uplifting, and wholesome parts of our week. From short thank-you's to well-thought-out messages, the teams have really taken advantage of the opportunity to highlight their team members and it has greatly increased moral and visibility. Of course, the monetary rewards are a hit with anyone!

The Matter team is in the process of increasing their analytics offerings which will be a great value add once that's ready. Beyond being able to see all kudos and feedbacks in a spreadsheet for performance tracking (which they're working on), there's no negatives!

What I like most about Matter is the ability to recognize and celebrate my team in real time and it always adds an etxra boost to moral and attitude when people get recognition for their hard work and triumphs!

I wish Matter gave out more coins to give to employees for free. It is a great incentive to reward others and get rewarded however I wish after the small gien allotment that it would not have to come straight from our pockets.

Matter is helping us give more recognition to other members of the team which was very little to begin with. It is benefitting us by providing better moral, more productivity and happier employees!

Reminders about things that are important to the team. Even if its not that important, its still refreshing to see reminders like birthdays, kudos etc and that helps teams become close even if they are all working remotely.

Nothing so far. everything is good! I havent tried getting the kudos rewards yet but it will probably work. if not, then I hope it would be fix and will have more options for international rewards.

Kudos! it reminds us what each one has achieved and that also tells us what they are capable of and when we can ask questions according to their expertise due to their previous kudos. really good if you are working remotely full time.

While the Matter app is undoubtedly helpful in boosting our agents' morale, one area that could be further improved is the design and animation. Enhancing the visual appeal and user experience would elevate the overall enjoyment and engagement with the app. It would be fantastic to see more captivating designs or animations that can truly bring the app to life and make it even more enjoyable to use. By focusing on refining the aesthetics, we can create an even more delightful experience for our team.

Matter is effectively addressing one of the disadvantages of being part of a remote team, where in-person interactions are rare. By providing a centralized platform for communication and collaboration, Matter bridges the gap and brings teammates closer together, regardless of physical distance. It enables seamless communication, sharing of ideas, and recognition of each other's work, fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie. Matter helps create a virtual space where our remote team can come together, interact, and collaborate as if we were in the same physical location. It's a valuable tool that helps overcome the challenges of remote work and strengthens our team dynamics.

I love that Matter makes it really quick and easy to publicly recognize my team members. In a remote environment, positive reinforcement and feedback are really important. I give this 1:1 to my direct reports, but it's also nice to brag to the whole organization when someone does a stellar job!

If someone doesn't check slack often, they may not see their kudos right away. But that's not really a huge drawback. Overall we really enjoy the software for our team.

Matter is helping us to engage and recognize remote employees who work in all different states and time zones. It helps us reinforce a positive work environment where we cheer each other on and offer support.
