An excellent CRM option for the senior living industry!
What do you like best about MatrixCare Senior Living?
Matrixcare considers all aspects of the senior living industry and understands how sales teams function and benefit from a CRM. In my opinion, it is one of the top senior living CRM options available.
What do you dislike about MatrixCare Senior Living?
On occasion, there are a few extra clicks needed to get to where you want to be in the system. These extra clicks certainly aren't something that should prevent use. The custom report tool is very robust but can be difficult for someone without a data background. However, the pre-built reports are handy for the average user.
What problems is MatrixCare Senior Living solving and how is that benefiting you?
Matrixcare provides senior living sales teams the ability to track leads, manage activities, mailing lists, events, and track census.

What do you like best about MatrixCare Senior Living?
It's a comprehensive set of software tools that handles everything from IT ticketing to restaurant management.
What do you dislike about MatrixCare Senior Living?
It's clunky, and not well organized. Needs more training modules and documentation. Our non-technical staff constantly have trouble using it.

We track everything about our residents, and it's great for record keeping.
