Automation and scalability for targeted marketing

I was previously using Pardot and was frustrated with how rigid and clunky the software was, and was not easy to use with the changing of marketing needs. I switched to Maropost and have been able to increase my growth marketing efforts by 25% alone, and that doesn't include the increase in open rates and conversions.

So far so good! Nothing to complain about.

Having the ability to drag and drop, custom dashboard building, and the dedicated deliverability team has all helped with me make my email marketing efforts more streamlined and efficient, saving me a lot of time in the day.

We changed to maropost from a competive marketing automation platform and it isn't comparable, from setup the support team was amazing and in a few days we were up and running and the opening rates and returns have turned up by hundreds of percent. The UX is top of the line and enjoys every minute of working with it.

Is hard to find something that is a downside in the system for our usage.

The interface. I've used a few email platforms and Maropost is by far the easiest.

Getting used to the .csv process is a lot, but once you get it, it's a breeze!

The sheer depth of the Maropost marketing cloud is next level. Hence the title of the Ferrari of marketing. The customer journeys and experiences that can be built are simply amazing. I've been involved with. lot of high end email marketing systems before and nothing I've ever seen has the advanced functionality of this system. And backed by a team of awesome people who really care about customer success. Well worth taking the time to explore.

I find the marketing cloud system both of easy to use as well as a wide range of features for my business

So far it is my favourite marketing cloud platform I have used compared to the competition but I also feel that even more functionality will be key for keeping on the cutting edge and hope Maropost keeps its pole position

Quite simply instead of my business using multiple separate marketing plugins, requiring me multiple passwords and extensive costs, it's the all in one solution that we love most about the service
