it's a good tool that helps a lot when you're analyzing short-term rentals

there is nothing in this tool that I don't like.

The tool is not that useful if we want to manage property in short intervals.

Although it has shown presence across the USA and 44 other countries, it remains short to be the number one choice for Rental analytics among these markets due to lack of exposure and lacking reach.

If one is part of the rental market or is/is directly affected by it, I would highly recommend using its rental analytics to make data-driven decisions to optimize their workflows and in the end boost their sales.
