The platform has an attractive UI and is intuitive to use. Thanks to constant innovation, we have seen the implementation of many new features every year. Apart from the ease of pulling insights from the numerous rich data sources, I particularly appreciate the Knowledge Zone feature which allows users to curate content in attractive mini websites which are easy and fun to create.

MLS support is excellent and the company is always open to feedback and ideas for future enhancements. Indeed, we have witnessed many such enhancements over the years, with the DeepSights capability being particularly promising.

I cannot pinpoint anything negative about the software or the company. The biggest challenge is driving adoption within the company; this requires a dedicated change management team with regional SPOCs and support from senior management.

The platform democratizes knowledge that is otherwise stored on employees' laptops or on platforms that many users don't know about or don't have access to. It is so easy to upload content to the platform via the SharePoint connector and pull insights via DeepSights. The attractive UI enhances the user experience.

The info and research is presented in a highly structured and user-friendly manner.

Rather rigid interface, but this is a mere detail.

It is very easy to share the right information, in a structured way to different user profiles within the company. It also serves as an archive and the search engine allows us to find relevant info in a fast and straightforward way.

Aside from being a great knowledge management solution, MLS has done tremendous work to evolve their tech to remain relevant. I appreciate that their keep their customers at the heart of their product innovation and improvement cycles.

They make a lot of efforts to engage with us as insights people to understand how to implement, but also how we use it, how we socialize it, how we encourage our stakeholders to become active users too.

They are providing timely responses whenver I reach out with an issue and I appreciate having an ongoing relationship with the team, who get to know me and my key challenges.

Maybe not unique to Market Logic, but it is still hard to get people to go in a KM tool on a regular basis. We'd love it to be a democratized tool, but it is still, often, a heavy lift for insights people to do the searching for others.

It's a flexible and usable platform, while not as configurable as SharePoint, it is probably more suitable for organisations who don't have the (considerable) resources required to really make the most out of SP. It works well out of the box, and the support offered is very good. The Deepsights AI module works very well - and does not appear to hallucinate.

It is not a full function knowledge management system, so there are some features which are absent or that you will rely on the MLS team themselves to administer for you. But, depending on your circumstances, this might be advantageous.

Market logic has been very responsive to our needs. THey have adapted the solution based on our requirements. I also like the new additions they have done, the way how DEEPSIGHTS provides answers in a very structured way.

It's a nice problem to have, but there are too many features. I feel like there is so much I could do in the platform but am not sure how to prioritize how best to get use out of the software.

Place to put all insights reports--one place for all to have access...and it goes beyond just a repository, but a useful tool to help organize and analyze insights.

Deepsights is a great tool and the overall platform is strong. I like that there are features like uploading that can be controlled. My favorite feature is the knowledge zones where I can create my own little website and add in files.

Deepsights could be smarter, it doe not compete well with chatgpt, which seems to be the standard AI when people think of AI so its a hard sell with less features.

It keeps all our insights in one location, which is really great. That is the key for us - to have one space with insights that can be easily searched, organized, reviewed and archieved. Deepsights make it nice to review the data deeply.

This platform is very straight forward and simple to learn how to use. Insightful when analyzing marketing goals and sales ROI.

I've had specific software issues resulting in complete shutdown. It happens very infrequently, but something to note.

Do some research on your own. Make sure your tech software is up to date before using.
