Marker.io has a lot of innovative features and a very large section of integrations
Marker.io doesn't (yet) offer an API but I believe they're going to offer access to it soon
As a busy and large web development agency for medical life sciences, our review process is quite long, drawn-out, and contains a lot of moving parts. But because of Marker.io's superb and very comprehensive integration with JIRA, Shortcut and other project management software, we have been able to almost automate our entire review process. Crystal clear communication (via notifications) and the automated change of status, as web dev projects move through the line, have allowed us to do more... without WORKING more.
Allow our customer the abilty to submit information directly in to Click Up has saved us so much time.
So easy to setup, use and the intgration are such a time saver.

Being able to annotate screenshots and integrate feedback into Asana
There is not a quick way to see every comment on each page which can lead to duplicate feedback entries. But we have asked Marker about this and they are working on a solution that should be available this year.
We are able to track all comments from our team as we are building sites. We also allow our clients to comment when they are reviewing. We have it integrated into our Asana and the combo creates a highly efficient method of fixing any issues and resolving issues.

We no longer need to keep going back and forth with clients to understand what they want and need. We used to do that on paper a lot, and that was even before 2020. Now, we can move faster, let clients really explain what they like and don't like.
We used to have to add our clients to our Marker.io account and make them install the whole thing, and that was kind of a pain. However, they changed that and now we have the widget open on all client websites and unlimited accounts for our clients, who no longer need to install anything.
Definitely install the widget if you work with clients. It is so much easier for them to submit their feedback without having to do anything except click the button. They love it!
We let our customers use Marker.io during the review phase. As a digital agency, we promise our clients unlimited reviews of their website so they can be absolutely satisfied with the end result. In the talking phase we now show Marker.io, and they love that they can submit all kinds of things without having to send emails a million miles long.

Enables quick report, screen shots and annotations all in one step. Clients and colleagues can easily report issues or request amendments, with tasks created directly in our Project Management system.
Took a little bit of getting used to. We needed to make sure the correct level of access would be given to various people, and the incognito windows we set up didn't work properly. Logging in an out of various accounts for the initial set up was annoying, but great to see it work in action the way we anticipated.
Feedback generally came in the form of various emails. Now, we just wait for the email from a client to say they are done, and we can allocate and action the work appropriately without having to scroll through emails, work out which screen shot goes with which comment etc.
Marker is a heavy lifter at our company. Integration to Jira helps speed up delivery times, and customer support is always fast and reliable. Highly recommend.

Our internal QA efforts took a noticeable leap in efficiency and effectiveness once we started using Marker.io. The tool itself has grown and evolved along with our QA team, and it is now instrumental to the way we test and develop products. Our team uses it nearly every day to identify and report bugs.
Additionally, the ability to deploy the widget across our sites and target different Github repositories based on URL structure has enabled us to reduce the total number of steps from bug report -> developer action.
During testing of large scale projects, the widget's ability to reduce the volume of input required by remembering the last applied Github labels and appending screenshots to existing Github issues has increased team efficiency and reduced overall frustration -- very valuable when going through and testing the same project for days at a time.
The Marker.io team has also been incredibly responsive to feedback regarding their product, and seeing the continued evolution and improvement instills long-term confidence in any tool that becomes instrumental to the daily processes of a team.
