I would like to see the failed calls and Lead call success rate linked up with the Dealer's CRM or Drive Growth by Sales Consultant. Then put it on a spreadsheet by dealer, district and zone

We have not had any downside which is why we have stayed with Marchex for so long. I do know that sometimes your customer service is not as helpful as the tech team.

The ease of working with their call tracking system. I have used others and they were difficult to track calls,

To be honest, I truly cannot think of anything, That is why I chose Marchex over the others I had used previously

We are in the consumer direct mail magazines and we were able to track our clients response from their ads to see how they were doing. Was truly beneficial especially if the client said they were'nt getting any calls!

What I like most is the ability to review incoming phone calls. Additionally, the dashboard is very user-friendly.

On rare occasions, the calls are not available for review.

Reviewing the calls has eliminated a lot of "he said she said."
