Ease of use, functionality, customer service, price.

We are deployed on a public website, would be nice to incorporate branding/styling options.

We've been deployed now for 3 months and after some learning curve it's working so great for us. We've setup three versions of the same map for our free users and two membership tiers, each with it's own filters/functions, all feeding off the same master list that we built using another automation service that syncs with our master master list. Five minutes I can have everything refreshed. So far I have heard exactly zero negative feedback or bugs. We're about to expand our map to be international from it's current North American focus, and I'm resting easy about using your tool for our future plans. You have helped us avoid the clunky custom built maps we used for many years. I'm so excited to have Maptive underpinning this key resource for our website and members.

Maptive has a very user friendly interface, allowing for controlled mapping solutions for business needs. With easy data management of thousands of locations, territory overlays, custom map markers and many other useful features, it filled a need within our business nicely. The ability to view set locations, print high resolution maps and keep the maps on brand makes Maptive a very useful product. Their support is great and they are open to new feature suggestions and input from their customers. It's a fantastic solution to many business mapping needs.

It's currently not as customizable as some code-based map api's (Mapbox, etc.), which is not a fair comparison, nor will it allow for concise map theme control (or import of JSON themes from Google's MapStyle or SnazzyMaps), but they are working on these exact features and upgrades. The slick interface and existing features more than make up for any current wish list items being worked on.

If you have geo visualization or presentation mapping needs but do not have in house developers or the time to build custom map applications, take a look at Maptive. It's a great tool for many different mapping needs.

We started out using it for printable presentation maps, but the data management, location marker customization and location popup control allowed us to push the tool to solve other business needs we did not even realize until our team became deep in the tool.

I love the lasso tool and the ability to import excel files and lable them. They have amazing tutorials and customer service.

I'm not sure if they have an app but that would be great. Other than that nothing!

Territory realignment and route efficiency measures.

Maptive has made a massive difference for our sales teams. We tried every sales territory mapping tool on the market, and Maptive was the only one that did everything we needed and was still easy to use. Their customer service teams are excellent and were always available when we needed help. The built-in demographics data has been beneficial for identifying new markets.

There has not been anything to to dislike so far. The support team has been great; the product works well but has had some instances where it ran a little slow.

It is helping our sales team generate more leads.

The tool is extremely user friendly. Navigating the different functionalities was simple and intuitive. I was able to effectively able to map the canvassing territory for the sales team down to the specific road in a neighborhood. This directly increased our conversion and sales.

There are a lot of features that allow for drawing tools and it would be helpful if this platform allowed us to measure roofs. This would directly help us disqualify roofs that wont be able to fit the panels.

Canvassing requires detailed maps and drawing tools to execute routes for teams. There is a lot of functionality built into MapTive that helps with this problem. This platform is set up well to work or integrate with other plans that we have as a sales team.

I am a Territory Planning and Development Analyst. Maptive has become an integral part of my job. It is essential for us to visually see where opportunity is located in an area we are targeting by using the import option to import our prospects and leads, creating territories around them by using the shading feature, sharing them with others and then adjusting them accordingly.

Analyzing and developing territories has been a portion of my job for the past 7 years and was recently turned into a full time position. I believe a big part of that decision was made possible by others seeing the importance of what I do through Maptive.

Additionally, I have never experienced better customer service from any other company. I can always rely on them to return my emails very quickly, sometimes within minutes. Time is money, and when you have someone who you can rely on to make sure deadlines are met, that makes a world of difference and makes your job so much easier.

The only thing I can think of is that I wish there was a way to map by 6 digit Canadian post codes.

Prior to purchasing Maptive, I tried other programs and none of them compared to it. It's very easy to use once you learn all of its capabilities. If I come across something that I am not sure Maptive is capable of, I will email customer service to see if it is possible, and 99% of the time, it is. It is definitely worth the money. If you are unsure, just try the free trial. I was sold almost immediately!

The more I have used the program, my mind has been opened up to discover more possibilities that have saved me time in my day to day tasks by using Maptive. I think there is still a lot more I have to learn about Maptive and look forward to it!

This is an excellent mapping tool for mapping multiple locations. I like how you can create an optimized route once all of the points were plotted. Also, we had over 40 locations (staff members' houses) plotted and we were able to divide the area into quadrants and create an optimized route for each quadrant.

I struggled some with the labeling of the map markers. It may have been user error, but I had to dig some and reach out for help to figure out how to get the labels to automatically show up on the map markers.

I'm not in business, which seems to be the primary users of the website, but still found Maptive easy to use. It was great for designing a route map for a lot of locations. I was also impressed with the customer service. Paul was quick to respond to my questions and showed me how to use some of the tools. He even extended our free trial so that I could make a map for our 8th graders continuation parade.

We used Maptive to do a surprise teacher appreciation gift drop off. Trying to find over 40 addresses on a map and design a route without the software would be have been very cumbersome. The benefit of using the software was saving time by creating an efficient delivery route.

We use the grouping function the most to present info that's visually appealing to both external and internal stakeholders. We also customize the pinpoints to display and share. Also worth noting that the customer support has been very fast and helpful.

For our team, the tool and features satisfy what we require!

Showing large amounts of data visually to assist our customers in making decisions on which location best fits their need. Organizing large data sets.

I love the heat map and the sharing capability is very efficient. The initial data upload step is easy and the settings toolbar is very intuitive. There are built-in tutorials and demos in case you need assistance along the way.

I am yet to come across issues. We are looking forward to Maptive starting integrations.

My colleagues and I trialed several mapping tools and we found Maptive to be the best balance of price and usefulness.

We use data visualization as both an internal planning tool for our sales team and to track KPI metrics to management.

Easy to use, there is nothing we can do or visualize.

Have not encountered something I didn't like

Try it and you will adopt it. If something is missing, talk with them, they will fix that for you.

We were able to transform our whole network in no time. Being able to visualize data was a game changer vs building our territories in Excel.
