I can't say enough about the amazing…

I can't say enough about the amazing support Caliper offers. My computer recently crashed and they were so helpful with all my questions and issues getting the software installed back on my laptop. Definitely not just a company that supports during the sale! They responded with a sense of urgency and even set up a Teams meeting to help me with some reporting. Definitely recommend!

Maptitude 2023 Mapping Software Performs...

I purchased Maptitude in February 2024. It's been an asset as reliable desktop mapping tool. Well written and serves our needs with a database. Highly reccomended!

"One of the best visual describer in market"

What do you like best about Maptitude?

I can be everything you need for marketing, it was our first maping software, we got used to it in no time. Provides customer consumption data, locates everything to zip codes and visual descriptions are on point. We identified our "hotspots" and "blindspots", where to invest more, where to promote more. Customer support team was very available.

What do you dislike about Maptitude?

It had scopes for progress in graphics and pricing may be.

What problems is Maptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was most worth because we were able to identify our "hotspots" and "blindspots", where to invest more, where we needed to start from scratch.

"Great for Marketing"

What do you like best about Maptitude?

I am able to track down my leads and sales to the zip code level. This is great in the home improvement and door to door sale industries. Work well with the built-in demo graphics for finding new territory.

What do you dislike about Maptitude?

The interface could improve a little to be more user-friendly. Undo does not always work. It could be more intuitive. Does require some training to get good at but worth it in the end.

What problems is Maptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zip code tracking of leads and sales. Help define marketing down to the zip code level. Driving radius from a sales person home help define territory.

Maptitude is the best GIS for managing mobility and transportation data.

I've been using Maptitude for more than 15 years. It is simply the best tool available for businesses that need a market planning mapping and data resource. It can do everything I need it to do - from the very simple to the complex. It integrates nicely with other programs and file types making analysis and presentation very easy. I highly recommend Maptitude to firms who need a function-rich GIS mapping solution. It is the best!

It's not very intuitive, and with so many features it takes a while to learn to use properly. It's also quite finicky.

What do you like best about Maptitude?

The product is the 'full package'. Everything I needed. Customer support outstanding and responsive. I do not typically use mapping software so I appreciate how easy it was to learn.

What do you dislike about Maptitude?

To be very honest I have not found anything at all that I dislike. I opened the product jaded by other software experiences and to my surprise.... No issues. And, once again, the availability of support from Maptitude is great!

I am using it to describe multiple geographic characteristics
